Polestar 3 owners: Honest real-world reviews? (HUD, Air Suspension, Pilot Assist)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking into buying a pre-owned Polestar 3 Dual Motor for daily highway commuting. I want to hear from actual owners who drive the car daily how is the experience today after some months / years of ownership.

Specifically, how do these features perform in the real world?

  • Pilot Assist (Semi-autonomous): Is it smooth and reliable for long commutes, or is there phantom braking/ping-ponging?
  • Air Suspension: Does it deliver that true premium, cloud-like comfort?
  • HUD: Is the clarity good, and have the early setting bugs (not saving position/brightness) been fixed?
  • Seat Ventilation (Nappa): Is the cooling effective on hot days?
  • What is your real world range with the car on one charge ? 20-80% and 0-100%

Let me know your honest thoughts. Worth pulling the trigger, or are software quirks still getting in the way?

Thanks!

SDZ (Interprofessionele Federatie voor Zelfstandige Ondernemers)

Hi,

Do you make use of the SDZ (Interprofessionele Federatie voor Zelfstandige Ondernemers) ?

In mij first year as a zelfstandige (bijberoep) i paid 190 euro. But I don't really used their services.

Do you use their services on a yearly basis? Is it useful to have it ?

How is your experience with the Xpilot ?

Edit: For the context, because all te comments ask where i'm located, I'm located in Belgium (europe)

Hi,
I'm in the market to buy an ev with the best (non Tesla) autopilto experience. Starting from september I will drive daily between 200km and 300km. For the moment i drive a kia niro ev which has an excellent adaptive cruise control and lane keeping, but not reallly a true auto pilot.

I also want a good comfort (air suspension) so my best 2 option for the moment are the GLC 2026 electric and teh with their level 3 automated driving and Xpeng G9 with the Xpilot. I read a lot of postive things about the autopilot of mercedes and some shady comments about the Xpilot from Xpeng.

But before making my choice, I want to hear the Xpilot reviews from the real xpeng car owners like you. Thanks in advance :)

Hey everyone,

Recently I kinda discovered the whole EU ecosystem (Commission, agencies, etc.) and it got me thinking.

Quick background: I’m in my late 20s, engineering background (prof. Bachelors Electromechanical sciences), working in the energy sector (PV, batteries, EMS, project stuff). A bit of field + a bit of management. Nothing crazy but not a junior anymore either.

I’m considering moving into the EU world. Main reasons:

- I actually want to work on something with impact (energy transition, policy, etc.)

- Better long-term salary / conditions

- More “big picture” instead of just projects

Couple of questions:

- Is this even realistic with my profile?

- How hard is it to get into the Blue Book traineeship?

- What kind of roles would fit me best? (policy / project officer / technical expert?)

- Can you combine an EU job or traineeship with studies on the side?

- Worth it vs just staying in industry?

Financially I’m okay (I do some extra work in weekends), so short-term drop isn’t a big issue.

Curious to hear from people inside or who made the move.

Thanks!
