I am helping a friend to find a new, loving home for his cherished cat, Lady. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, he is no longer able to provide her with the care and attention she deserves.

Lady is a gorgeous all-black Bombay cat, approximately 4 years old. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and comes with all her paperwork up to date and fully clean bill of health!
Lady is a gentle soul who adores people and is especially sweet with children. While she may be shy at first, once she feels comfortable, she becomes a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys being held, petted, and included in family activities.
Lady is playful and curious, often chasing after her favorite toys or exploring sunny spots by the window. She is also very tidy, always using her litter box and keeping herself well-groomed. Lady enjoys cozy evenings curled up next to you, and her soothing purr is sure to bring comfort to her new family.
She would thrive in a calm, patient home, ideally with people who understand she might need a little time to fully come out of her shell. She has not lived with other pets, but it is possible that with the right introduction, she could potentially adapt.
Lady is currently living with a loving foster family in Brooklyn. While the foster arrangement is temporary and will be ending in the coming weeks, we’re focused on finding the right forever home for her.

Hi! I’m new to Reddit and created my account yesterday. I tried posting in a couple of local communities about helping a friend find a permanent home for a foster cat, but the posts were removed by Reddit filters and community moderators. I reviewed the rules and don’t believe the posts violated them. Is this likely to account age/karma, and what would be the best way to proceed?
