Thinking of riding my bike to a concert there and avoid the parking/Uber headache. Anyone every ride their bike there? Is there a place to lock up your bike?

As the title states, visiting for the first time. I'm staying in Long Beach but going to Laguna for the day. What are the quintessential beaches to visit? I'd really like to see tide pools and then find a good swim beach. Are the trolleys the best way to get around? Good food recommendations are also appreciated. Thanks :)
