How do you guys approach meditating from a time aspect?

I've gone through the rabbit hole of finding the perfect amount of time to meditate for and I think as much as I want an answer to this question, I don't think there is one really.

So, I was wondering how do you approach meditating from a time aspect?

Right now for me I just meditate once or twice a day with no timer and just a stopwatch and just simply meditate, this way I dont really have an expectation to when I want to stop I just go with the flow and meditate in the present till I dont feel like it anymore. Some days are shorter than others some days are longer but I think the main point is that im consistent and I get what I need from the practice.

Anyone else twitch adblock stopped working on firefox today?

I have the "Vaft" script and I had never had problems with ublock origin. Literally started to give me ads like a couple hours ago. Anyone got a fix for this?

Anyone's head start nodding frequently in Wave 4 five messages?

Just finished Wave 4 five messages and during the first 3 messages my head just started nodding the whole time when the messages were coming in. I've always nodded a tiny bit on prior scenes but never as frequently as this. It caught me off guard to be honest, I even tested by just stilling and stablizing myself to see if it was me who was putting force in to nodding my head, but nope it definitely wasn't.

Just finished my first ever full day fast

Was aiming for 3 days but after not being able to sleep at 3 am in the morning decided to call it off, still proud though that I lasted 30 hours. In the future will definitley try this again but im well aware now that I should definitley prepare next time with potassium, melatonin and magnesium so that I can actually sleep, I know the sleep quality still won't be perfect but I feel I just need to be able to fall asleep in the first place.

Once you have finished all the tapes, how do you go about practicing without them?

I currently just finished Wave 3 and know from reading about the gateway process that these tapes are supposed to be just support wheels and eventually you will no longer need the tapes at all, so I was just wondering, how do you go about practicing without the tapes? Do you just pick the techniques that you felt fit the best and practice those daily or do you try to use all the techniques because there could be a time and place to use any of them?

How many good habits do you guys like to build at once?

On my journey of trying to build good habits and kinda hit a roadblock today and realized why, it was because I am trying to do a pretty long list of habits all at once such as cold shower in the morning, working out, meditation etc. and just seems too overwhelming to develop all of it with a snap of a finger. I think that's its also important to mention that these habits I do look forward to incorporate for the rest of my life not just for a short period of time so thinking back obviously it definitely shouldn't be so easy to just have these habits for life in a short stint of time. I've also kinda had that all or nothing mindset which gladly I've got rid of for some time now.

Was just wondering how many new habits do you guys like effectively build at once. Obviously this differs as it depends on how long the habits take, the frequency of the habit (everyday, every week etc.) or if you are actually getting rid or a habit So feel free to be as specific as you want! Thank you!
