Question to those who've played the SRW Y Anniversary DLC

Do the upgrade levels for Aerial Rebuild carry over to Calibarn? I just started the DLC yesterday, and I know several mechs carry over their upgrade levels, but I just wanted to be sure since I've already upgraded Aerial Rebuild significantly.

Finished Replicant and Automata back to back this month, what a fantastic experience.

Kicking myself that I didn't experience these games until now. Also, experiencing Replicant first made certain parts of Automata hit that much harder.
