I know some will say this list has a few Hot takes, but i feel like logically this makes the most sense when taking into consideration training, feats and how balanced the character is.

I know some will say this list has a few Hot takes, but i feel like logically this makes the most sense when taking into consideration training, feats and how balanced the character is.

You can just ignore the side text of the tiers, if you wish, it is just a general ranking, also the reason i have put a tier of Apex and Nexus was to indicate the Apex or peak of a living force user without Amps, and Nexus for force users gaining external amps drawing on power them themselves can not fully achieve.

I know a lot of people will disagree with some placements but i think overall it makes sense

Building my first Gaming PC cuz of sony stopping Physical games, but not 100% sure where to start

Ok basically what the title says, i have never touched Pc in my life and my goal is to build something on the level of a PS5 pro that i can continue to upgrade as time goes on, now i have watched a few vids to get a general ideal and am looking at

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (6C/12T @ 3.5Ghz) AM4

£115.00 second hand

XFX Radeon RX 6700 XT SWFT309 12GB GDDR6

£285.00 second hand

Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 Motherboard - Supports AMD Ryzen 5000 Series AM4 CPUs, 10+3 Phases Digital Twin Power Design, up to 4733MHz DDR4 (OC), 2xPCIe 3.0 M.2, GbE LAN, USB 3.2 Gen1

£89.99

MSI MAG A650BN Gaming Power Supply Unit: 80 plus bronze, 650 Watt, 12V Single-Rail, DC-to-DC Circuit, 120mm Fan.

£38.47

I hope that is a good start now this is where things are getting a bit confusing for me Ram and SSD.

For ram i have seen people recommend 32gb kit (2x16gb) now on these videos there like $50 but when i look on amazon there like£200 WTF happened lol, and storage im not to sure what im looking at i saw on amazon

Crucial T500 1TB SSD PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2, Up to 7300MB/s, TLC NAND, Laptop and Desktop Compatible, Microsoft DirectStorage, Solid State Drive - CT1000T500SSD8

£154

Is that worth it

i know i also need a case I'm not really worried about that yet, is there anything else i am missing and is the price worth it i kinda had £700 as a max price in mind, but with ram im looking closer to £1000 is that a good price or not.

27M, "New card what do you think ?"

This was harder than i thought, and honesty i keep second guessing my choice even now.

Here are my thoughts, kinda long read feel free to skip but would love to know if anyone agrees or disagrees.

Favourite Game: Cyberpunk 2077

When thinking about my favourite game so many came to mind, the reason i settled on 2077 was because as a game it's really fun, it has a good story, great characters, and it's a game where i can just jump in and have fun, drive around night city, there are a lot of games i play where i feel like i can't jump back in after months without playing and i would need to restart the game, but with Cyberpunk i find it so accessible.

Best story: Mass Effect

This was tough there are so many great story games, but for me i chose Mass Effect because i think it has solid and consistent writing, and it has that for it's core plot, i play a lot of RPG and some times the main plot is pretty surface level, but the characters and side content is what makes the world and story so incredible, but Imo Mass effect has the most solid base story that pulls the player along.

Favourite Art style: Expedition 33

Another hard choice, but if one game has a good argument to be called Art it is E33, the game to me excels at it's world and environments i love how it blends the fantasy and real world elements, it is visually striking with it's set pieces.

Personal impact: Persona 5

This was actually the easy category for me, , there are game's that left a big personal impact but P5 opened me up to a whole new world of gaming, growing up i kept seeing these games that i thought looked so cool only for them to turn out to be turn base, as a kid for some reason i hated the idea of playing turn based games, the only game i gave a pass to that game play style was Pokemon, in my mind any big console game should not have that style, but one day i was bored and looking for a new RPG and kept seeing people say how good it was, i saw it was on offer and though i ain't got anything else to do, and it blew me away, i was so addicted to it, from start to end, and left me thinking how i wished i played games like this way sooner, i kinda think to my self if i played a game like this at school could it of helped me navigate that life easier, also the game opened me up to so many turn based games, that i love.

Best Combat: Khazan

This was difficult, my mind kept thinking best combat needed to have great skill expression, so i was drawn to Sekiro and Devil may cry 5, but also felt it needed have a bit more build variety, and imo Khazan in a way is like if you combined the 2 games, it had fun builds fast combat, it had good skill expression, and could be very combo focused, in a way i see it as a good middle ground it has the intensity of a soulslike but also the character action focus of a DMC, and it worked well for me.

Overhated: Dark Souls 2

I have played all the souls games, but only played DS2 earlier this year, it was always seen as the black sheep in the family, but i really enjoined it the gameplay was solid imo, the weapon and armour variety top tier, the game had powerstancing, and also not important but i loved the back stab animations in this game, and probably a hot take but i kinda prefer it over DS1, however i did play the PS4 version of DS2 so maybe it is better than the old version.

Underated; Day's Gone

Such a good game imo, and it taught me not to listen to critics, i did not play the game on release as i heard it was mid and gameplay was boring, one day i saw it for £20 tand thought im a fan of Sam Witwer so i will give it a chance for £20, and as i was playing it i was so locked in, i had a blast with it and really enjoyed it i have actually been wanting to replay it again recently.

Overrated: The Last of Us

Ok The game is good but some people talk about it like it's the reason gaming is so popular that it showed that games could have great story's, when that is just not the case there have been incredible story and character games way before TLOU, so i do think it's good but some people act like it reinvented the wheel, like it's kinda similar to E33 in a way that game is a top 10 game to me but people kept speaking about it like the game was the first turn base game in years, when the year before that a turn base game won best Rpg

Needs a Remake: KOTOR

Yeah i don't think i need to explain this, but it's old and great plese remake.

Overlooked: Sleeping Dogs

This was an amazing game growing up, back when i was a kid i had a blast and was actually shocked to learn that it did not do well.

Favourite Protagonist: Arthur Morgan

This was really tough, but Arthur Morgan and his journey is so well told, Roger Clark's performance incredible, i think when it came to choosing a protagonist i wanted to pick one where the performance is very much it's own thing, for example i love character's like Shepard, Geralt, Henry, but as much as they are there own character they are very influenced by the player, but Arthur feels, way more like we are guiding him but not actually straying or pulling him to far away from who he is, and the emotional journey he goes on is so powerful, he has imo one of the best character developments in all of story telling.

Favourite Antagonist: Ardyn izunia.

This was also tough, but Ardyn has always stuck out to me, i think a big reason for that despite XV flaws, Ardyn really shines as a great character, who just so happens to be the antagonist, he is a tragic character, who turns mad because of circumstance, he is fated to be the villain of the story because it is ultimately the only to break a cycle of torment and pain that he suffers through, and that he must cause the world to suffer.

Best Soundtrack: Expedition 33

This was also not easy but E33 sound track is one of the greatest and it just hits me in all the emotions.

Best Multiplayer: Destiny 2

The reason i chose Destiny is because it hits all corners to me, you have the PVP side and the PVE experience, also as you probably can tell i love rpg's and Destiny kinda has some similar elements to them, but i will not lie i have not played the game in like 2 years.

Not really my Thing: Hades

Basically as the title said, the top down view rogue lite is not my thing but i thought it was a great game.

Turn My brain off: Cyberpunk 2077

As i said in the previous paragraph i find it very easy to just jump into cyberpunk and just relax, it's kinda become my chill game.

Best with friends: Overwatch

Yeah Overwatch is actually my most played game, and this game has the ability to give me such highs and such lows, but when the game hit's it hit's hard, when you are in group, and the coms are going off, team synergy is at the max, it can be so fun

Retro Game: Simpsons Hit and Run

So much fun it could also be considered my nostalgic game, but i think it is probably one of the oldest game's i played growing up.

Childhood Game: Revenge of the sith

This game was so good, i loved how it expanded on the movie as well, the combat was insanely fun, i would love them to bring back the gameplay of this game into a modern Star wars arena fighter or a For honour type game, where it's just Jedi and sith fighting each other.

A game everyone should play: Mass Effect

This was the hardest one for me to answer, because i don't know what everyone should play, there are probably way more games accessible to a majority of people than Mass Effect but with that being said if you want and incredible story driven RPG, with great character's that span the course of 3 games, play Mass Effect, the gameplay in 1 is a bit dated but it's worth it imo.

To any one who has read all of this i salute you.
