Customer wants refund

Hello

I own an Etsy shop and use Printify as my provider.

I had a customer order an item on the 28th, it was sent into production the same day. Printify says the delivery dates should be between the 9th and 11th, since they chose standard shipping.

Now it's the 3rd and the customer is demanding a refund, because the tracking of the shipping company said it'd arrive at the 2nd or 3rd and now has changed to the 5th. My policy is "no returns".

I'm not sure what to do. I don't want them to get an item for free, but at the same I don't want to get a bad review. And I also am not sure what date it said it'd arrive when they ordered it. It was shipped before the deadline though.

How are new POD sellers dealing with Etsy's hold?

Hello

I started my POD shop 2 months ago and have made 19 sales so far, the first one being on June 22nd (it's July 14th as I'm writing this). My problem is, I obviously have to pay out of pocket to printify to fulfill the order, which by itself is fine and I wouldn't expect it any other way. BUT Etsy told me my first sales deposit would be available last week (when you go to "payment account" and look at the details of your profit and fees, it says "funds will be available on X date") and they weren't. I just figured I used all the money to pay the fees of my ads and stuff like that. The problem is, now 2 sales money are apparently gone, as they do not show on "available" and the "not yet available" says I only have money from 17 sales.

And the money from another sale that was supposed to be available on the 13th is still on the "not yet available" section, how can I possibly know when I'll have that money??? I can't just keep paying people to buy my stuff and have etsy keep *my* money from me for longer than they said they would

I read on the etsy sub that they can hold MY money for up to 180 days if I'm a new seller (how long before I'm not considered a new seller?) How is that even real? This is ridiculous, they don't even tell me when I'll have it. I mean, they did tell me, but when the days rolled around, money was nowhere to be found

What is normal in pod (etsy store)?

If you consider yourself successful, how many sales are you making per day/week/month? What's the "normal" amount of sales pod sellers are making on Etsy monthly, daily or weekly? Just average so you know you're not failing at it

I opened my store like a month ago and have a few sales (9 organic, 1 from a friend) and I was wondering what it looks like when you finally "make it". And also, how long until you get consistent sales? And how frequently do you add listings after you're already making consistent money?

Btw, I know it's not gonna make me rich, but it'd be nice to make even just 500 dollars /month

How do stats actually work?

Hey, I opened my store about a month ago and I'm still lost about the stats. Like 1 hour ago I checked my views for the day and it was at 42, now it's at 34? Why did it go down? How do I know my actual views and stuff?

Also, the views for each individual listing don't add up to the total views or visits.

And when it says "Etsy searches" it shows like 5 views, but when I click there's only one search that is said to have brought 1 person to my store, where did the other 4 go lol?

Is it just me or it just sucks like that? Thanks!
