Any items that helps with late game damage?

The main issue with late game Jax is that his damage falls off pretty hard imo. I understand he won’t have god tier damage no matter the build without making him a glass cannon, but are there good items past Zhonya’s/DD in third slot that makes his damage scale better? Or am I just out of luck

Wanting to know if this sort of cover works

I always have had substantial influence from Japanese authors growing up, NisiOisin, Murakami, and Morimi. Some of my all time favorites include First Person Singular and Tatami Galaxy. Even my prose and dialogue by some early beta readers say that the plot often has a feeling similar to contemporary YA but that the writing itself never feels like that genre, so I decided to finally embrace the influence and went with a more heavily anime inspired cover for a supernatural fiction piece. I find most YA covers to be dreadfully bland and minimalistic, so I wanted something popping with color and with a surreal, dreamy feel to it.

My main worry comes down to if it signals a story set in Japan or anything like that, since it’s still ultimately a western work ofc, with it taking place in America. Will be finishing the book soon and looking for local consignment deals at bookstores before I look at publishing, so I want to make sure the presentation is solid

Sundered Nerfs

The change from base AD to bonus AD likely kills or severely nerfs the item for Jax as he’s not itemizing a lot of AD nowadays, thoughts?

Why did this team’s defense collapse so hard vs SA?

This was something on my mind recently. I remember watching the series that this team often failed to get consistent stops against the Spurs. I checked the stats recently to see that we did in fact give up an average of 113 a game against them, which for what was the best defensive team in the regular season, completely inexcusable.

I know missing Jdub was a blow, I’ve always loved him defensively, but this team still put in the best defensive performance in the regular season with tons of injuries. Similarly I know Wemby absolutely bitched Chet, but I never felt his rim protection was otherwise disastrous throughout the series.

Just seems strange to me that the defense fell apart that badly considering by sheer eye test they didn’t FEEL overly much worse but it still fell apart. I’d appreciate some other input cause I’m otherwise at a loss besides rewatching much of the games back which I’m in no mood to do

Wit’s End is egregiously bad in its current state and needs buffs.

There are several weak items of course, a lot of them kept intentionally weak. But from what I can see, almost none reach the status of being completely outclassed like Wit’s End.

I guess it’s not a big deal to have a weakest item, but I swear this has to be the most overbought item in the game on same champions like Jax and Gnar. I like Jax a lot and it’s pretty much never optimal over dedicated MR items. Rookern and Abyssal Mask out perform in win rate and just to check more advanced metrics, WPA on Coachless is much the same.

It’s by nature a bruiser item but it doesn’t particularly do either the defensive or offensive part super well. It gives 50% attack speed, 45 MR, and tenacity. For almost any bruiser you’d be better off buying Sterak’s for tenacity, and it’s MR is on the Low end for dedicated legendaries, being equitably with Abyssal Mask and Jaksho and lower than Spirit Visage, Force of Nature, and Rookern(by a whole 35 MR in this instance) while giving no health or defensive passive. Offensively you get 50% attack speed, which is the best part of the item, but the one singular passive you get is 45 Magic damage per auto, which is incredibly weak for the extremely underwhelming stat line you’re buying, which is less than 90% gold efficient.

I haven’t been playing for too long so I don’t know when this item’s glory days were, but for such a fun item to use, it’s arguably the worst legendary item in the game. At bare minimum the worst bruiser item available. Is the item considered toxic by riot and kept internally weak? What could be buffed about it? Even something like making the magic damage scale off level instead of a flat 45 could be a good direction, more MR is simple but wish work. I’d like to see it be good because I do think it’s a very fun item to use
