Triangle crab rangoons

Help, I’m pregnant and I’m craving the triangle crab rangoons. Does anyone know anywhere in the city that makes them?

Edit - you guys are amazing, THANK YOU.

Nursery ideas!

My husband and I are expecting a baby in Feb next year and are big fans of the game. We’re thinking of doing a CotL themed nursery and I was wondering if anyone had any fun ideas :) I’m a fairly okay artists so was thinking of a mural of some kind.

Tiny spoons

I know what these look like they could be used for but what are they actually for?

Edit - y’all are cracking me up. Likely snuff spoons + maybe oils or perfume with an obvious possible repurpose. I got them from my grandparents who I think were pretty cool.

Friendships, man.

Anyone else’s friends coming out of the woodwork now that residency is ending to tell you how bad of a friend you’ve been the last three years? Even friends who are in healthcare in other roles have popped their heads up to tell me that while I was barely surviving 28 hour shifts, patient losses, and getting my ass humbled everyday that I was the one being a bad friend by not being more present for them. Nobody even had any major life events happen. I know not checking in isn’t the sign of a good friend but time lost all meaning and I feel like I lost months in the midst of sleep deprivation. I went weeks without meaningful conversations with my partner sometimes. I don’t even know what I’m hoping to accomplish here. I know if I want these friendships to last they take some extra investment by me right now but I’m starting fellowship and having a baby so it doesn’t feel like it’s going to get any better or any easier.

Aging dog question.

My fiancé and I have an English cream golden retriever who is 8-9 years old. Normal weight, up to date on vaccines, and goes to the vet yearly. She’s been healthy and only history is an endoscopy 3 years ago when she ate some undies and got a gastric outlet obstruction but recovered fine.

Over the last few years she’s developed a large mass on her belly that was biopsied and found to likely be a lipoma. She had it removed about a month ago and it’s healed well without any issues.

About 2 months ago we noticed that when she would go up the stairs she would sometimes miss the edge of the stair and slip off the stair. We figured these little missteps were probably because of this large mass impeding her ability to walk a bit so we weren’t too concerned about her missteps. However since her mass was removed we have noticed her continuing with the missteps and sometimes she seems to not know where her limbs are in space if that makes sense. We will guide her up the stairs and she will get her front legs on okay but sometimes she will step on the edge of the stairs and her foot will slip off. I’ve also noticed that she seems surprised when we approach from the side like she doesn’t notice us until we’re right on top of her. Sometimes I’ll catch her standing in the middle of the room looking almost confused?

She’s still cuddly, she still has a waggy tail, she’s still eating really well, peeing/pooping like normal, playing, and keeping up on walks. Her sniffer works and she still answers to her name. She doesn’t seem to be in any pain at all.

I know dogs can go blind with age, have strokes, etc. I guess I’m asking if this is something that is within the realm of normal? My fiance has had her since she was 8 weeks old but neither of us have ever had a senior/aging dog before so we’re unsure. The vet referred us to a place that could do more eye testing but I was just looking for other input. Thanks in advance!

Edit - forgot to add no new meds, no possible exposures, we have 2 other dogs who are acting fine.
