My Zone has been on a delay for 2 days now because of the bad weather. If anyone wants to pick up an order they have to go inside and wait in a long line for their order. I wait over 45 minutes for this 10 GMD order. I understand the stress but the walmart employee through my gmds into the cart and not all of them were labeled but I had all the labels to scale and they assured me everything was there. That’s not the issue here. I get to the second to last house and i’m confirming the items with the customer since theirs and the last order both had unlabeled items. They kept asking me where their toilet bowl cleaner was and I told them that I did not have it and it would either be coming separately or to ask walmart for a refund since it was out of my control. The customer then starts complaining to me about how their order was delayed 3 days and how it’s BS that their stuff is missing. I apologize to them and express again to reach out to walmart since it’s out of my hands. The customer then starts accusing me of stealing their toilet bowl cleaner and getting very rude with me asking to look through my car. I just walked away at that point because I’m not dealing with that. I don’t get why people feel the need to be rude over something that’s out of my control. And i’m sorry but toilet bowl cleaner is less than 2 bucks. This was a $65 order. I don’t need your toilet bowl cleaner when I can go get my
own😭
