So beautiful 😍 was browsing this card for my PC and saw this. HAD to get it

I'm seeing this like darker no foil section on basically all foil cards sirs etc that me and my friends are getting like legit 99% of them are not absolute perfection with the foil ultra clean to edge always this well idek what to call it other than non shiny areas at the edge

Does PSA grade down for this or not? I know people who have been getting 10s and submitting these, but is it just luck or do they not consider it a flaw
