Started getting the error indicated - filament was making it all the way to the extruder.
Swapped the hotend; it was definitely needed - will add the pic.
Same error
Swapped the extruder which includes the hall sensor at the top of the extruder.
Same error
Replaced the AMS buffer
Same error
Replaced the AMS
Fixed it.
Put that the 'misbehaving' AMS on different printer
Same error.
Pulled it - any idea what needs replaced in the AMS? Anyone hit this before?

Have 2 counters in the print room and the H2C on the other side of the room leaving only the wall with the breaker panels - so needed a way to put 8 P1Ss on that wall and still have access to the breaker panels.
