My brothers gf has an eating disorder. Do I tell him)

I have recently been struggling as at every single event that we are all at I have gone to the bathroom and noticed that my brothers girlfriend has purged. I see them quite a bit and it happens every time without fail. He knows that she has a history of an ED but thinks she’s recovered. I’m worried about her and wondering if I should speak to him just to make sure that she can get treatment / is getting treatment. He’s a very kind and considerate guy and I know would handle it well. I don’t want to involve myself as I have my own history with it but have been in recovery and am quite far in that journey and doing quite well currently. I also really struggle with how triggering it is and it makes me want to avoid these functions. Telling him is not to get involved, I’m just worried and want to make sure someone who cares about her knows and that she is getting treatment for it. What do I do?

Tipping etiquette for takeaways?

So despite living here my whole live, I genuinely don’t know what the tipping norms are. For sit down meals or even coffee I always tip, especially with good friendly service. However, do people tip for takeaways? Especially when getting coffee or ice cream when it’s just a grab and go and you pay immediately? If yes, how much? Coffee prices are already absurd (especially in town) and I consider it a treat, but I also know that the baristas aren’t paid well. Does this change whether it’s a chain like Vida or a speciality place? And takeout meals - I never tip for fast food but do you at more niche locations?

How to improve form??

So I've been running consistently for a few months now, but after a recent race I saw the photos and I think I should work on improving my form/gait when running. I know that I pronate and I think I should also improve my stride and general form and I also want to avoid unnecessary pains and injuries when increasing distance. Would be great to improve running economy too. Can I do this by myself? Or should I see a running coach or biokineticist or physio? I'm not sure who to look for for help with this

Gift idea for clients?

We're hosting an event for top execs in the industry. As they're more senior the age is typically 40+. I need ideas for gifts to give them after that genuinely leave a lasting impression. The budget isn't huge. It doesn't need to be branded, and I was thinking maybe something personalized could be an option. I just don't want more cheap shit that no one ever uses again.
