Need to change home gym

I need to change my home gym location but it seems impossible. The directions on the PureGym website don’t help and tell me to do something that doesn’t even exist and then help email just keeps telling me to cancel my membership.

Can anyone help pls?

Frequent T-Mobile Outages

Hi!

Has anyone had multiple service outages recently? I’ve had 4 in the last week (7/28-8/4). Specifically in NYC?

How to switch fields

Hi,

I’m currently a paralegal in personal injury in NYC. I’ve only been a paralegal for about 1 1/2 years. I’m not looking to switch fields now, but maybe in the near future (I want to get some years under my belt as a paralegal first).

I’ve been wanting to switch fields to civil litigation (maybe entertainment law…honestly I don’t know yet, but I know I want to switch at some point).

Does anyone have any recommendations and/or tips on how to switch fields. Thank you! 😊

Brokers fee question

Hi everyone,

Recently my roommate toured an apartment off of Craigslist and the realtor showed her an apartment that wasn’t on the market yet. The realtor was very transparent about there being a brokers fee and we agreed initially when applying. After doing some research, we realized that the brokers fee doesn’t make sense. We never hired a broker or paid the realtor to show us the other unit that we applied to. The realtor willingly showed us and then advised if there is a brokers fee. Do we need to pay this brokers fee (even after advising that we were okay with it)? If we don’t have to pay it does anyone have any recommendations on how to go about this or bring it up to the realtor. We’ve already applied and paid a good faith 1000$ fee. Thanks!!

What other job opportunities are available with having paralegal on your resume?

I’m getting a bit burnt out with being a paralegal, and thinking of doing a career change. What are jobs that are paralegal adjacent or are worth looking into with having paralegal on my resume?
