My first attempt at bird photography

I’m also new to identifying birds so with the aid of an app and a bird book I identified the first as a female blackbird and the second is a Rock Pipit.

The blackbird was taken at sunset and I wanted to capture the bird half in the shadow and half in the golden glow.

I’m quite pleased with my first attempt but I know there is always room for improvement.

Taken with a Canon 70D and Canon L-Series 100-400m.

Putting things in order/organising/sorting

I have AuDHD and I’ve recently learned how important having things in order/organised also creates space in my mind. I try to reduce visual noise as much as possible and keep my environment organised but I’m in constant conflict with ADHD and I struggle to keep things tidy and become overwhelmed.

I wondered if anyone has any suggestions of things I can do to help me meet that need when I need to.
I’ve tried to find games for my phone, painting, drawing etc but it isn’t quite what I need.
I love sorting, organising and tidying.

Does anyone have any ideas?
