Took some photos on a family vacation!
Took a family vacation to Olympic National Park and surrounding areas recently and got some photos!
I took all of these photos on a Nikon D750 using a NIKKOR 24-120 f4G ED VR lens.
Replaced my alternator on my 2007 4Runner SR5 4wd.
I got off of work late on Thursday and saw that my headlights were dim and the battery light was lit up on the dash. Luckily I was able to drive it all the way home but it was making a whirring sound the whole way. When I got home it smelled like burning electrical wires under the hood, so I tested the battery with a multimeter twice, once with the car off and again with the car on.
The battery was around 12.4 volts with the car off, but when I started it the voltage fell to around 11.7 volts. I'm just really glad I was able to make it home and diagnose my problem, as well as save some money replacing the part myself.
I replaced the alternator in my 2007 4Runner. The job wasn’t too hard and I was able to save some money.
Went to a car show and took these photos. I only had a 50mm lens with me when taking the photos.
Took this photo of a lit up sign I saw using intentional camera movement.
I was wondering what people would think of these photos I took, and it was my first time trying aviation photography. Even though Kansas City International Airport doesn’t get many big or heavy planes and gets mostly small Airbus planes and Boeing 737s, I still thought it would be fun to try to capture some images. (I know colors aren’t consistent, but I wanted to experiment in the editing process.)
