Have you regretted your decision to do a PhD?

I am nearing the end of my PhD and I have mixed emotions. My journey hasn’t been easy at all. Issues with supervision, writing and cliques. Made me think if I were to go back in time would I do the phd or not.. so thought to hear (read) your experiences and what you think of your journey?

Discussion on learning two languages at once

I’m learning Spanish and I am beginner in Spanish A2. Lately, I have been thinking about learning Urdu. I’m curious about your experiences in learning two different languages at the same time? Was it difficult ? Did you wish you focused on one at a time?

Is there a benefit to getting diagnosed ?

Hi everyone, I suspected that I have OCD. I have read and search about the symptoms and management approaches but I have struggled throughout my life with my mind being so overwhelmingly focused on negative aspects and future fears and I genuinely wonder if you had any tangible benefits from getting diagnosed and treated? I say this because few years back I was diagnosed with ADHD which is a late diagnosis I was 30 at the time and only slight improvement afterwards but the journey was exhausting so hence my question
Edit: thank you all 🙏🏻
