Are there any shows which package up the highlights of all games into one?

My in laws have recently moved over to HK and whilst adapting to UK life miss home a lot. I know there’s a good community of HKers in MK. Are there any groups or activities ongoing they can join?

Suffered all my life but have completely lost control the last few years and bingeing become almost a daily thing and on those days when I don’t, all I can think about is wanting to binge and fighting the urge.

Have a newborn baby and I’ve started to notice my general physical and mental health declining, driven largely by the bingeing and so I finally got pushed to seek help so I can be better for her.

I’ve now self referred myself to my GP. I don’t really know what to expect but still feels like a step in the right direction

29m. Moved to Bedford a few years ago, work from home full time and have never made friends and feel a bit isolated.

Main hobbies are sports but generally open to anything, would be great to have some friends here to watch football down the pub with or potentially to play tennis or something in Bedford Park.

I’m not the most socially skilled person in the world but am keen to make some friends in Bedford. I enjoy running and have seen there are a few options in Bedford: Bedford Run Club, Bedford Harriers and Plodsquad.

Does anyone have a recommendation?

My newborn was born with gums that aren’t parallel. The paediatricians and midwife were hopeful it would resolve itself but the impression I got was that it wasn’t something they’d really seen before. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I am quite worried and there is a severe lack of information online.
