we do some business overseas and the payments are killing us. wires take 5-7 business days sometimes more, and by the time they land everything is already out of sync. trying to match payments and keep the books clean turns into constant adjustments.

quickbooks doesn’t really handle the timing gaps well, and with a small team no one has time to keep fixing it manually. anyone found a setup that actually makes international payments more predictable? either faster rails or something that makes the accounting side less painful? would help a lot..

Currently building a coding course for kids in remote areas for an NGO (they already have the basics). The scattered notes across docs, spreadsheets and sticky notes are doing a number on me. Need to map out learning paths and visually connect the concepts before I start recording.

What tools do you use for course architecture planning? Looking for something where I can diagram the flow and collaborate with subject matter experts without everything becoming a mess.
