So I had deactivated instagram long back. I had connected my email id and my phone number. Now I have forgot the password. When I try forgot password it is giving options of using mail and phone number. When I click phone number it is saying can't use it now. Okay nvm I clicked mail id and it is saying it has send the mail for resetting the password. But there is no mail like that in my gmail. What should I do?

My windows got nuked due to virus specifically info stealer. So I fully erased windows and jumped to Zorin os. To be safe and not get nuked another time I am installing software only from zorin store. My go to browser has been Microsoft edge due to its points system where you browse you gets point which can be redeemed to gift cards. When I searched in software store there is a note saying this wrapper is not verified by, affiliated with, or supported by Microsoft. Is it harmful to install this edge browser?
