PPL VS 4 Day Split (Shoulder & Chest Separate)

Curious about those who have tried both PPL vs chest tri / back bi / shoulders / legs, what are your opinions on each, and which have seen the best physique/muscle building results? I see a lot of people saying hitting muscle groups twice a week is optimal for muscle growth, promoting PPL, though not sure if that outweighs being able to hammer chest and shoulders separately without systemic fatigue from an all-at-once push approach. Thanks for any input.

Increasing NP Dose And TSH is Increasing...?

Hello, would really like some advice. Traditional doctors have not really been a help so far, looking to maybe go the functional medicine route and for some other opinions. Found out I had Hashimoto's with 18 TSH, 1.1 ft4 last summer, went on levo 18.75 mcg, put me at 3.2 tsh 3.0 ft3 1.75 ft4, then switched to 30 mg np thyroid only dropped me to 3.0 tsh, 3.5 ft3, and 1.59 ft4. Still having hypo symptoms this whole time certainly improved, though.

12 weeks ago I increased to 45 mg np thyroid, at 6 weeks on 45 mg I tested at 4.0 tsh, 4.2 ft4 and 1.6 ft4. Also tested rt3 at that 6 weeks point myself out of curiosity, and it was 23.8 out of 24.1 (nearly high). Again tested at 12 weeks now and still am 4.0 tsh, 3.7 ft3 and 1.68 ft4. I am confused, I don't feel better, and not sure how my tsh is increasing on a higher dose. All tests were done in the morning early before any dosing. Looking into it myself, I suspect is may have something to do with t3 pooling from the nearly high rt3, though my doctor wasn't concerned about that. Any ideas here, not sure what to do, still not really feeling relief. Thanks for any input.

▲ 1 r/AskVet

Hello, I have an American Bully with continued skin issues of under belly/arm irritation, hair loss spots all, and scabbing, so he was just put on Apoquel and antibiotics, and was also now prescribed Simparica as the issue looks similar to Demodectic mange. This is a new vet, and I ended up switching to the Simparica Trio version after the appt, wanted to get a second opinion if the Simparica Trio could be used 2 weeks after Trifexis, or if the overlap of heartworm medication is ill-advised. I wasn't able to get an answer from the vet yet. She said Trifexis and normal Simparica could be combined, but now I ended up switching to the trio version.

Thanks in advance if able to provide input. I am going to still get with the vet, but a second opinion would give me peace of mind as these medications are always said to be required to be spaced 30 days apart, and he is at the very bottom of the Simparica Trio applicable weight range for this prescribed med.
