blood potence - a vampire 6 gen with only 3 sucess can become 3 gen? or even more

the book dont say nothing about this or even blood stats for that

im doing a new npc for the story, a old clan tzimisce member of tal mere rah, leader of the group ( a nagajara,D cacophonie , and a true brujah mentor of one players). i wanna make he a unique ( of course different from tzimisce from sabbat,and i never did a good one before), because other player have a mentor tremere master of auspex, and animalism 2 others chars used before. so my only ideia is do a master of dominate, never really good use in my games.

so if you guys can help me, with some tricks or combos(combinations), paths, strategy to make he a special character, trying to not copy others npcs or even the esteriotype. i dont have much books, but i started read the dirty secrets of black hand.

my player(mike) regrets getting the merit resistence magik +2 dif. beucase others players are getting thaumaturgy to remove some weakness of vampire like blood pool , with one ritual level 2 you can care a lot of blood, or fly with mind path, even healing mike is hard and the others is ok. now he wanna remove this.

i know salubri have a power to remove flaws, but merit have another way?

btw the salubri removed one flaw of muke but later one mine killed a vampire from the coteria of this same salubri =[

I have an old school friend who's moving back to town, and I've had a vampire campaign running for two years. The problem is this: my old friend is a pureblood werewolf, a Fenrir's spawn or something like that, and I want him to play with us. He said he'd accept any race, but I know that if I give him a vampire, he'll play reluctantly. I didn't want to use a mage or anything else; it seems the simplest way would be to give him a Black Spiral Dancer, as they're the easiest to ally with vampires. But he already told me he doesn't like them.

I'd like your help in suggesting a really good excuse for an honorable werewolf, or someone close to it, to hang out with a bunch of vampires, so my story can progress and I can have fun with my friends.
