Two nymphs last week, one today

Last week in KY, we had some pretty heavy rain. Afterwards, I found two small roaches: one near a floor vent in my kitchen, one near a floor vent in my bathroom. Both twitching/dying. It got me a little worried but r/pestcontrol said probs not a big deal, they look like oriental.

It hasn’t rained for a few days but it’s been really hot. Today, I found another in my tub about a week later. Completely dead.

We sprayed the perimeter and inside of my place about two months ago. I have literally never seen nymphs in an apartment in my life, and am unsure if I need to be worried about these. Before this, I’d only seen the occasional dead large one or live one hanging around my patio.

I have some sticky traps around my house but plan to put down some large bait traps as well.

Are these anything to be worried about?

Help identifying nymph

Nymph found in my bathroom dying this morning near a floor vent. I’ve previously had a few occasional large invaders (American and Oriental) after heavy rain because they hang around our house outside. We sprayed about 2 months ago. I also found a 2nd one, same kind and size near a floor vent in the kitchen

Apologies for the rough pictures, I sprayed it the minute I saw it to speed it on its way lol.

I haven’t seen a large roach in almost two months and this is the first nymph I’ve seen. It did indeed rain pretty hard yesterday night. Should I be worried??

Is this a roach? (KY)

Apologies for the not great lightning. Found it near my pets food area dying, right next to the bathroom. Every bug and its mother gets in my house and I’ve seen roaches outside. I had the exterminator spray my apartment after finding some bigger dying ones at the beginning of spring.

Should I be worried? It doesn’t really look like any young roach im seeing online.

It honestly looks maybe more like a click beetle to me??

Still paranoid about bed bugs. What to do?

Back in late Feb/early March, I became paranoid because I found some blood on my pillow and a few black marks on my couch. Also found what looks like blood on the side of my couch, still no idea where it came from,

I left monitors on the legs of my bed for around 2 1/2 months, never caught anything. No obvious black spots on my bed that would scream “look further.” No black spots or further blood on my couch.

I finally took the monitors off a week or so ago and now I’m getting red bumps on my legs. I’ve gotten a few on my arms that my dermatologist said just looked like acne. They haven’t bothered me until I found a cluster of 3 near each other this afternoon.

They’re not particularly itchy and are in very hairy spots but it’s got me going down the paranoia path again, and I’ve put the monitors back on.

Is there anything else I can really do other than check and leave monitors on?

Never seen a bug. Never seen eggs. Never found black spots. Rarely found blood spots but most of them can be explained outside of whatever happened with my couch.

My house is also filled with bugs and im sure some of them bite. I’m just at a loss for how to stop worrying.

Roach poo?

Recently had some spring time invaders in the form of some American/smoky brown adults. This apartment has also had mice in the past, and I’m seeing just about every other insect imaginable in my house right now too.

I found this near the baseboard in my office which has some older windows and a door to the cellar. Does this look like roach poo?

Added picture of what it looked like when I wet it and rubbed it a few times. Pay no mind to the cat litter in the top corner lol

In KY for reference.

Also for more context, I’ve only seen 3 dead full adults in the last maybe 3 weeks. No live ones. My sticky traps haven’t caught anything so I think I’m not too worried but still. This apartment is old and I see dust/debris everywhere so it’s hard to differentiate roach poo from weird mystery debris lol.
