The hate for these two make no sense. Why do so many fans expect them to be ready for the senior team at just 19. Not every midfielder coming out of Carrington is going to be Kobbie. Calling them "nepobabies" and "rubbish" when they play better than more than half there age group just shows how forced the hate is.

I know it’s often used, and I suppose a scare is something to be suffered rather than enjoyed, but in the context of a football match I always think it sounds a bit odd.

To survive an early scare is what my mind always leans towards. They haven’t suffered by conceding, the outcome was actually fine for them. They have survived by not suffering letting in a goal.

Or am I just massively overthinking this?
