Quite respectful of the character I may say. From MCOC (Marvel Contest of Champions)

I... honestly find this description better than what they have done with her in Marvel Rivals. I also love the last sentence ('Do not let the Black Cat cross your path'), clearly taken from the 1979' Spider-Man issue in which she appeared for the first time.

But hey, just a personal preference :)

Tired

It's honestly tiring seeing people spitting unjust shit on Felicia Hardy's character and to any serious possibility that see her with Peter Parker as a just canon ending.

Profit-seeking by editors, deliberate insults and mocking by other ship fans...all of this sickens me.

It sickens me 'cause we're talking about two of the realest and archetipically interesting characters Marvel has ever created. And they treat them as...a punchbag (Spider-Man) and a lite She-Hulk (Black Cat), ignoring the greatest stories of the late 70s and early 80s.

With saying this, I have no intention of blackpilling anyone. Keep fighting for what we believe being a great character and a great love interest for Peter.

But really, the all-around hypocrisy is...tiring, and disgusting. And corpies laugh.

Let's face it, Felicia Hardy (Black Cat) would be a great Champion of Slaanesh.

Especially if she has the Blade of Laer as a catalyst for her fall into temptation.

She has trauma, she's human (then easily tempted) and she loves the thrill, excess and pleasure. And has a male figure (Peter Parker/Spider-Man) who loves and is obsessed by.

In a crossover, she could find the Laer Blade in a caveau or a museum. Its aestethic and appearence as a sublime object could attract her. And the dynamic of the fall into the Dark Prince's embrace could be similar to that of Fulgrim. The search of perfection and thrill transformed into a sadistic voyage.

Comic Idea: An off-continuity series in the style of The Incredibles where Peter and Felicia are a married couple and return to fight crime as Spider-Man and Black Cat

I've been thinking for a while about this in the wake of Ultimate Spider-Man ending. Would you like to read something like that ?

SpiderCat is disrespected by Spider fandom

Overall i feel like the main Spider-Man sub is against the idea of Peter and Felicia being together and i don't mean just 616 i mean even in AU's and it gets me upset, will it hurt them that much if they start being a couple? Also whenever someone likes Spidey and Cat all i hear is her being toxic or only likes the mask and not man underneath, heck sometimes they say Ultimate Felicia puking on Peter is canon to 616 which isn't true at all. If you don't like MJ x Peter most of them are gonna try to gag your eyes out :/

I am not saying all of main Spidersub is like this, only some are against this but it is still a lot of people.

I want to know your opinion on this, because the disrespect of this couple on main sub is really making me upset as hell

Little thought

I honestly disapprove the direction which ASM is taking. Especially in the relationship with Felicia. She was present at Paul funeral, like a...cameo. MJ is the new Venom, and it seems writers want her to be friend with MJ...despite their historical relationship as "frenemies" (as said by Black Cat herself in her current run). And in the meantime...Peter is stuck in a loop of desperation, loneliness, poverty and with all its contacts hating him because of what happened in the Paul saga, when Peter risked all his reputation to bring MJ back, only for her to dump him. It's...pathetic, and I suspect that writers want to pull a "ONE MORE DAY" type bullshit with the upcoming ASM #1000, in which they will finally and definitively isolate Peter, keeping him stuck in a "friends-maybe not friends-maybe I don't know what the fuck to do with you" situation with MJ, along with avoiding a consistent part of the fandom to not have (and it would be desereved for Pete, after aaaaalll the bullshits he went through) a relationship with Felicia, especially since she grew as a character. Maybe it's just my paranoia, but we all know how sadistic Marvel editors can be to make their most famous comic character "ReLaTaBLeH" (aka, more profitable). Let me know what you think in the comments.

AHAHAHAHAHA....No

Found this...abomination of a post on Instagram (@hopevers_). Who tells the guy that Felicia literally took bullets for Peter (ASM #182 1978), got her famous powers to better stay with him and help him (PPTSS #89, 1984) and distances herself to protect him from her just mentioned unluck powers (Spectacular Spider-Man #100 1985), something that Peter himself didn't know. Who got tortured by the Kravinoff during the The Gauntlet and The Grim Hunt Saga, but didn't spill a bean. TO SAVE PETER. And that she loves him, both man and the mask as showed in "The Evil That Men Do"? And notice that she's not perfect. Not at all. But she loves him. And, I don't give a flying fuck if I appear too crude, but those fucking lazy editors and their profits chasing masked as "We MuSt MaKe PeTaH rELaTaBLeH" can't properly use a character like Felicia Sara Hardy (aka Black Cat), and Peter Benjamin Parker, togheter as a couple in which they heal each other, and FINALLY FUCKING GROW EMOTIONALLY AND AS GREAT CHARACTERS, WITH THEIR FLAWS AND GOOD QUALITIES TOGHETER. NOT CHANGING, GROWING.

Peace dudes 🤟🏻

Give Us a Spider-Man X JJK Crossover

It would be amazing. Like, for real.

Peter and Felicia as mentors/adoptive parents for Yuji, Megumi and Nobara would be GREAT. Some reasons why:

  1. Yuji has an inner darkness, forged by loss and a power, in this case, Sukuna's cursing presence inside his soul, that he didn't ask for, just like Peter didn't ask for his powers. Exactly like Peter. His grandpa's motto: "die surrounded by people" perfectly completes Peter's "With great power, there must also come great responsibility (to die surrounded by people). Peter could teach Yuji how to be not only a tool, but a hero, emphasising how his humanity is important.

  2. Nobara and Felicia. Two strong female characters, with a complicated past. Their refusal to kneel to conformity and their cynic yet ironic and strong personalities, who gravitate around tormented male characters (Nobara for Yuji, as a friend. Felicia for Peter, as lovers/close allies).

  3. Megumi with Peter and Felicia: Pete and Felicia know how difficult it is dealing with an heavy past. And the inner darkness that comes with it. Peter can also be an intelllectual challenge and companion for Megumi, since they both are reflexive.

Aaaand that's some of the main reasons. If you have otherssss, well, write them in the comments.

Hi, I'm Francesco. Probably you already know me on r/spiderman, r/spidercat and r/BlackCat because of my posts about how Felicia and Peter are great together, my critique to OMD and the wasted opportunities for the SpideyCat couple. I'm...writing this post because I'm searching other people who are willing to embark on a Webtoon journey, in which we can create a fan comic series that explores seriously Felicia Hardy and Peter Parker being a couple, respecting their personalities, no OMD-type nonsense, OP couple stuff and sudden and senseless betrayals and mind games. Just them balancing their double lives, with MJ and Betty Brant as meaningful past phases in Peter life. In a...616 Universe parallel variant...a 616-B timeline, in which every character in Spider-Man's journey and their motivations (be it villains, secondary characters and whatsoever) are true to the origins, with touch of personal modernity. There's the need of co-writers, artists, colorists and promoters. I can offer the script part and talk about it on Discord, in a live. So...who's in ? 😄 Write me in DMs and let me know in the comments. See ya soon.
