Is it possible to play games without stuttering using a SATA SSD these days, or is NVMe mandatory? I've recently seen games like Dead Space Remake recommending NVMe. Which brands of both SATA and NVMe SSDs should I avoid?

My R5 3600 only uses 20 Watts at most in any game.
I don't understand why. I play without V-Sync, and even when it's at 80-90% in some games, it still only uses 20 Watts.
Apart from my CPU, when I have stutters my GPU goes from 156w to 54w, that's normal when there's a stutter, right?
I recently recorded a video in FurMark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqU2otFXiVg&t=11s but the Adrenaline metrics weren't showing up. I didn't have these problems before. I don't know if reinstalling drivers 26.3.1 or others will solve the problem, because every time I install it... THE DAMN ADRENALINE WON'T WORK. NO MATTER WHAT VERSION, IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME. I HATE UPDATING DRIVERS BECAUSE OF THIS.
If you're going to recommend using RivaTurner, please at least give me a profile to import. It's really annoying trying to get everything I have in the Adrenaline overlay to look just as good and detailed in RivaTurner. -_-
En caso de que un imbécil saque a su perro sin bozal y me ataque porque le dio las ptas ganas al mldt animal o no sé, esta atacando a otra persona frente mío, ¿hay una forma de incapacitarlo o matarlo rápidamente sin que me cueste mis dedos o la garganta?.
En primera pensaba en apretarle los ojos hasta no sé, del propio dolor haga que deje de joder o que milagrosamente eso lo mate sin que me arranque la yugular en el intento y tener las suficientes fuerzas para partirle la cara al baboso de su dueño.
He visto de lo que es capaz de hacer ese tipo de raza y no soy un buen corredor, mín si voy a morir o quedar hecho mrd no pienso dejarlo ir de rositas y mucho menos al idiota de su dueño , ya que estos hdpts nunca se hacen cargo de los gastos médicos y por lo general terminan sin ninguna pena, además que últimamente ya no sacrifican a los animales porque son unos seres de luz que no saben lo que hacen y la culpa de que te maten o te dejen sin una parte de ti es solo del dueño. Sobre todo el último, aunque si se puede jugar aún terminando la historia principal como Skyrim pues no me quejo XD, me encanta la libertad que me dan ambos.
Fallout 4 y 76 estan meh, me gustaría otros que no sean como The Outer Worlds, ese juego me decepcionó mucho. :/

Antes, mi hotspot no subía más de 24°C con respecto a la temp de la GPU, cuando las temperaturas ambiente estaba en 25°C, actualmente hace entre 18-21°C y ha subido como 9 grados más... ¿Es normal que el hotspot esté 32°C más alto que la temperatura de la GPU?
Otra cosa que me preocupa es el cable, mi fuente de poder es una XPG Core Reactor II 3.0, pero trae un cable 12VHPWR, y según un video, esos cables son para GPUs que consumen como 150W, mientras que la mía llega a unos 170W. He estado usando la PC así desde hace un año, pero igual… ¿Debería comprar un cable Corsair thermal-protect 12V 2x6?, un YouTuber dijo que está buenísimo para evitar que las GPUs se quemen.

Previously, my hotspot didn’t go more than 24°C above the core GPU temp, back when ambient temps were around 25°C. Today it’s about 21°C. That said, I wasn’t playing much at 1440p before or pushing the GPU to 98–100% usage. Still… is it normal for the hotspot to be 32°C higher than the core temperature?
Another thing that worries me is the cable.
