Sent home on oxygen

Anyone been sent home on oxygen due to obesity to recover and not need oxygen anymore? I knew I was having breathing issues but never thought I’d go home and be required to use it 24/7.

Feeling hopeless

I don’t even know how I got here. A couple years ago I was “fluffy and fun”. I could go and walk the events with my friends and still do all the fun things I wanted. Now I can barely walk to the kitchen and back to the couch without getting out of breath. My knees and legs hurt and feel so weak. I’m outgrowing my car. My body is wrecked after a day at work. My legs swell and hurt. I’m afraid of my future.

It feels so overwhelming. Today more so than others. Idk why I’m posting here, I guess because I feel like it’s a room of people who will understand and not say “just eat less, losing weight is easy”. If it was easy, none of us would still be fat.

Scared to take the jump

Hey there! I need to lose A LOT of weight. I’m finally admitting to myself that I can’t do this with just willpower alone. I’m scared to start the tirz journey though. Anyone want to share the positives and negatives? Has anyone lost over 200lbs?

Unpopular opinion probably

Is anyone else over Hosmer as an announcer? I’m tired of hearing about Alex Gordon and him self-bragging.
