What are some things Orlando could be doing to incentivize companies to locate their headquarters here?

We seem to have a serious lack of corporate HQs for a metro our size, which has some major second and third order effects on things like salaries in the area, opportunities, and talent retention. Especially with UCF in the area, it seems such a waste to have local talent pushed into industries they didn’t study for or leave altogether.
Are there things Orlando and Orange County aren’t doing that they could be doing?

COL is shit in almost every desirable metro, so that shouldn’t be the biggest negative against us. Same for transportation as many large organizations aren’t HQ’d in major metros with quality public transit.

What an upgrade over The Frame

Had a 2023 Samsung Frame TV that started having major panel issues. Didn’t realize what a hunk of shit it was before buying, but thankful that there was a frame and art option for a much better TV to replace it with. Love the Bravia 9!

The best cookie on property hardly has any hype

Amorette’s has perfected the chocolate chip cookie.

Gideons is solid, summer house is meh, and who doesn’t love a Jack-Jack? But I’m telling you Amorette’s is baking with gas here.

Brown butter base, dark and milk chocolate, toffee and pretzel pieces for texture, and salted.

Best part? It’s $5.
