So after a lot of new steam support ticket about this GLS shitty delivery, we got an answer from someone who were much more customers friendly and gave us a refund or also the possibility to order a new controller while telling us that it would be the last time and no refund would be possible after that. We took the risk, and ask GLS to deliver on our workplace (a grocery store) and finally this morning, GLS delivered it and everything is ok ! It was not the same delivery guy, we record the opening in front of him, he even helps us opening it and tadaaa, it was here.

I ask some questions about how to secure a delivery from GLS and here is steam support answer which I find really frustrating.
As some Reddit users told me, I now use french and let them translate it since they don't have any french speaking people right now.
Here is the translation of my questions:
My address is secure; I've never had a delivery problem except with GLS. What solutions do you offer to ensure delivery to a safe location, since I can't have it delivered to a pickup point, nor to my workplace (which is secured by cameras), and I can't have it delivered anywhere. If the package arrives in an empty box and the machine is stolen, I could prove that GLS didn't do its job properly. I don't understand; you don't offer any reliable solutions. Furthermore, why not require a signature upon delivery? It's unreasonable to offer no alternatives: other carriers like GLS, delivery to a GLS pickup point, delivery to a post office, delivery to a workplace secured by cameras...
How can you guarantee the safe delivery of a package as expensive as the machine if none of these options are available? I really don't understand. At any moment, the GLS driver could throw the package away or steal it and simply mark it as delivered since no signature is required. Do you find it normal to give GLS so much leeway and no security for customers?

So here's steam support answer, I totally understand their answer but still a hundred bucks gone and don't know if I should take the risk of ordering my reserved machine when I'll be able to do so if the same thing happens with this shitty delivery company.

It's the second time Valve send us the controller, after the first one completely disappeared from GLS tracking, and now we got the delivery package and empty box, no controller, no puck. F*** GLS France. I did a Steam Machine reservation from my account but what if it's going to be the same thing...
