I'm 21 year old and my brother is diagnosed autistic 5 years back and now he is 10 years .he used to speak 2 or 3 words back and after he got diagnosed he completely stopped speaking those words ..he also became completely different .. but my parents they tried therapys for like 4 years .he can do all his things of his own but with a child mentality and can't speak they are using some medication for like 1 year for him and the doctor changes medications for every month for which he had severe mood swings ..last this month he had so severe mood swings that he had been drowsy whole day and for like a hour so he is crying they are thinking of stopping but genuinly my mom is tired by all this ..and I feel really sad seeing her we all don't know what to do .but my question is ..do you think that he can speak normally like us ?
