We are currently looking for Freelance Sales & Client Acquisition Associates to join our team on a performance-based compensation model.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable with sales and client conversations, and prefer a flexible work structure where earnings are directly connected to performance.

ROLE

As a Freelance Sales & Client Acquisition Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with prospective clients professionally

- Introducing and explaining our services

- Handling initial client conversations

- Following up with interested prospects

- Converting qualified prospects into successful clients

- Maintaining professional communication throughout the conversion process

This is a results-oriented freelance role, not an hourly employment position.

COMPENSATION

FIRST 7 DAYS — TRAINING & INITIAL PERIOD

During the first 7 days:

- Training and initial evaluation will be provided

- ₹2,000 per successful conversion

AFTER THE FIRST 7 DAYS — REGULAR RATE

After the initial 7-day period:

- ₹5,000 per successful conversion

- Minimum performance requirement: 3 successful conversions per month

- At the minimum target, the regular-rate earning potential is ₹15,000/month

- No upper earning limit

Example Earnings

At the regular rate:

- 3 conversions → ₹15,000

- 10 conversions → ₹50,000

- 20 conversions → ₹1,00,000

- 30 conversions → ₹1,50,000

These figures are illustrative, not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend entirely on the number of successful conversions completed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is made only for successful/confirmed conversions.

A conversion becomes eligible for payment after the client has successfully completed the purchase/payment and the corresponding client payment has been received by our team.

In simple terms:

Prospect → Conversation → Conversion → Client Payment Received → Freelancer Payment

Simply identifying a prospect, initiating contact, or generating interest does not qualify for payment.

The applicable rate will be:

- ₹2,000 per successful conversion during the first 7 days

- ₹5,000 per successful conversion after the first 7 days

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made through standard digital payment methods available in India, including:

- UPI

- Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS

Payment details will be collected from selected candidates before the first payment is processed.

WORKING STRUCTURE

- Freelance / performance-based position

- Flexible working schedule

- No fixed daily working-hour requirement

- You manage your own working method and schedule

- Performance is measured by successful conversions

- Initial training and guidance will be provided

- Continued engagement is performance-based

The focus is on results rather than hours logged.
