Tukaram Mundhe, a blessing to us Indians!

Hi fam!

Expecting the bare minimum, which is hygiene at restaurants we eat at, has become too much to ask for.

Mr.Tukaram Mundhe has been making that change and truly adding a ton of value and confidence to us fellow Indians!

As a responsible citizen, whenever we see something shady, it could be a dark store, It could be a street side vendor or a five-star restaurant. It's our duty to bring this to the notice of FSSAI.

Here I have linked ways we could reach out to FSSAI. Let's do our part!

Isabgol scam or goated?

Hi fam,

Psyllium husk is the new creatine!!

A ton of benefits for ₹200-300 a month!

I was that gym bro who never really cared about gut health. 15 days of having Psyllium husk, and I can see the difference in my gut health and mental health already!

This is a goated supplement!

Chest day best dayyy!

Hi Fam,

Monday being international chest day, folks usually perform a zillion variations of chest and then complain, "Why is my chest not growing?" and go on to add a couple more variations.

3 variations, 2 pushing movements and 1 flying movement, is way more than enough for your chest.

Now what matters is to keep your elbows tucked in, train close to failure and make sure you give your body enough rest to recover!

Happy Gainz Fam :)

Truth of coffee!

Hi fam,

When we talk about coffee, it's black coffee or a coffee with minimal milk, not your frappuccino with almond milk with two pumps of vanilla extract!

Coffee is that one beverage which has enough data backing its efficacy and linking it to lower risks of liver and heart disorders.

That being said, correlation is not causation, though we have some data linking the bioactive compounds of coffee to positively affect liver health as we speak!

Thus, before making claims that coffee reduces or helps heart attacks alzheimer's or dementia, we need more data to make such big claims.

Electrolytes is a scam?

Hi fam,

Electrolyte brands that claim their formulation is superior because they have zero sugar are utterly stupid!

SGLT1 draws sodium the fastest into the blood, and this is why WHO has approved dextrose, a carb source to be a part of the ORS.

If you are going through severe dehydration, there is nothing that replaces an ORS.

To me, logically, even for a gym bro, he or she would want sugar/carbs to be a part of their electrolyte drinks.

It gives them instant energy and helps with hydration.

Less sleep = productivity?

Hi fam,

Sleep is that one metric which is most overlooked, but the best metric to optimize to have the largest gains out of!

Beat muscle mass, fat loss, or cognitive power. Sleep is that one metric which can aid everything.

Just by reducing your screen time you shall automatically find an extra 1-2 hours minimum, optimize your sleep, your body is begging for it!

The best habit to improve your quality and quantity of sleep is no screen one hour prior to bed.

Maida is Fevicol?

Hi fam,

Indian uncles and aunties are busy claiming maida sticks to your stomach, and that is the reason it's unhealthy.

Maida has been used in the past and is also currently used for notebook binding and wall glues. This analogy is often used to claim maida sticks to your stomach.

I'm not saying maida is healthy or unhealthy, but just spitting facts.

Regulating your food choices is the best hack to lead a sustainable diet and a happy life.

You cannot afford WHEY protein!!

Hi fam,

Whey protein prices have almost doubled in the past three years, and folks keep asking me, "What is the alternative?"

India does not control whey protein prices, and the best option is to switch to yeast or plant protein.

Prioritize getting protein from your diet, and when that's not possible, you can supplement it.

Zuck, what the?

Hi Fam!

Social media addiction is one of the biggest factors affecting our mental health and determining our quality of life!

Social media was meant to connect people, but it doesn't stand for that anymore. It's a lot more than that.

Your mental health is in your hands. Knowing how and when to use social media is a character trait that is either going to make you or break you.

Use it wisely!

FSSAI’s fault?

Hi fam,

Brands clearly put up storage instructions. “Store in cool dry place”.

But this is the reality of Indian grocery stores, supermarkets and quick commerce stores!

Brand has done their job, but when things so south with a customer. Folks end up blaming brands and FSSAI.

We really need to pay attention to storage instructions too!

Religion or Money?

Hi fam,

I swear to god, I just can't hear this one more time!

"my dadaji never had protein and he's fit and fine" "our ancestors never hit their protein goal"

Our dadaji and nani didn't have protein because they couldn't afford it!

They were born in an India, which was financially looted and broken.

This has nothing to do with you hitting your protein goal.

Ancestors did a lot of right things and a lot of wrong things. You learn from your ancestors. You don't keep them as a role model and try to replicate their life.

Different times, different problems, different solutions :)

Religion or Money?

Hi fam,

Education of protein is just 1/3rd the task of solving for India's protein deficiency.

We truly need to understand, what is the biggest reason contributing to India's protein deficiency?

Religion does play its role, but we cannot neglect how 40-50% of India, which lives on government subsidies, can afford protein.

If you were a wannabe entrepreneur, this is definitely a problem you might want to solve for.

I have a ton of insights being a part of this community and multiple communities, training over 50 plus people for free, feel free to reach out if there is any way I could help you.
