Maida is Fevicol?

Hi fam,

Indian uncles and aunties are busy claiming maida sticks to your stomach, and that is the reason it's unhealthy.

Maida has been used in the past and is also currently used for notebook binding and wall glues. This analogy is often used to claim maida sticks to your stomach.

I'm not saying maida is healthy or unhealthy, but just spitting facts.

Regulating your food choices is the best hack to lead a sustainable diet and a happy life.

You cannot afford WHEY protein!!

Hi fam,

Whey protein prices have almost doubled in the past three years, and folks keep asking me, "What is the alternative?"

India does not control whey protein prices, and the best option is to switch to yeast or plant protein.

Prioritize getting protein from your diet, and when that's not possible, you can supplement it.

Zuck, what the?

Hi Fam!

Social media addiction is one of the biggest factors affecting our mental health and determining our quality of life!

Social media was meant to connect people, but it doesn't stand for that anymore. It's a lot more than that.

Your mental health is in your hands. Knowing how and when to use social media is a character trait that is either going to make you or break you.

Use it wisely!

FSSAI’s fault?

Hi fam,

Brands clearly put up storage instructions. “Store in cool dry place”.

But this is the reality of Indian grocery stores, supermarkets and quick commerce stores!

Brand has done their job, but when things so south with a customer. Folks end up blaming brands and FSSAI.

We really need to pay attention to storage instructions too!

Religion or Money?

Hi fam,

I swear to god, I just can't hear this one more time!

"my dadaji never had protein and he's fit and fine" "our ancestors never hit their protein goal"

Our dadaji and nani didn't have protein because they couldn't afford it!

They were born in an India, which was financially looted and broken.

This has nothing to do with you hitting your protein goal.

Ancestors did a lot of right things and a lot of wrong things. You learn from your ancestors. You don't keep them as a role model and try to replicate their life.

Different times, different problems, different solutions :)

Religion or Money?

Hi fam,

Education of protein is just 1/3rd the task of solving for India's protein deficiency.

We truly need to understand, what is the biggest reason contributing to India's protein deficiency?

Religion does play its role, but we cannot neglect how 40-50% of India, which lives on government subsidies, can afford protein.

If you were a wannabe entrepreneur, this is definitely a problem you might want to solve for.

I have a ton of insights being a part of this community and multiple communities, training over 50 plus people for free, feel free to reach out if there is any way I could help you.

Intermittent fasting is NOT for you!

Hi fam,

I've trained over 50 people with their nutrition and workout splits for them to successfully fat.

One thing I've noticed is most of them either ask or have already tried intermittent fasting and have failed.

You need to understand, if this is the first time you are going to a calorie deficit in your life, you need to take it slow. If you aren't used to fasting for at least 8-12 hours, you cannot intermittent fast for 16 hours.

All that matters at the end of the day is a calorie deficit. You need to find the best tool which can help you to sustain a calorie deficit.

Note: This can be subjective, folks who find it easy to fast would still prefer this. This advice is based on my experience training folks and from a beginners perspective!

Snacks to Gain WEIGHT!

Hi fam!

People keep asking me, "How do I gain weight?" Firstly, gaining weight isn't the goal. Gaining muscle mass is the goal.

A lot of you struggle to hit your maintenance calories or to stay in a surplus. Here are some snacks which will help you to be in a surplus.

Note: being in a high calorie surplus is going to result in you putting on unnecessary fat. Stay in a calorie surplus of 200 to 300 calories, and you don't need anything more.

I find Incline db press to be a goated movement as I can choose my range of motion and achieve depth while I make sure I don't flare my elbows.

What's your favorite movement?

Has optimization culture gone too far? Or are we finally okay talking about women's sexual health?

The science in the report is kinda real. Lactobacillus crispatus dominance is linked to lower risk of BV, UTIs, HPV persistence and better reproductive outcomes.

Is this oversharing dressed up as health optimization for views and engagement?

Or is this exactly the kind of conversation we should be normalizing, women's sexual health, microbiome, what actually affects it?

Hi fam,

For the longest time "moderate drinking" was considered GOOD for health!

Was it true? Hell no, it just had great PR!

Genz is drinking lesser alcohol and this should be applauded and encouraged!
