Adobe should be ashamed to partner with Goodstack
Please go back to just working with TechSoup. Goodstack seems to operate with an extreme amount of negligence to possibly full on malice towards the non-profit space. I work with quite a few non-profits helping with their technology and Adobe generously offers 10 licenses for $15/year to Acrobat Pro.
One non-profit I work with was completely denied the opportunity due to the classification that Goodstack applied to them essentially classifying them as a medical provider although it couldn't be further from that. After back and forth wit support they finally agreed that the classification was not correct and changed the classification to a Community Welfare. They then proceeded to still deny the request for the Adobe licenses although they could not specify any of the terms that we did not meet.
Another non-profit that I work with that operates in the same space is already approved, but apparently all of our 10 licenses have been used. We know of 3 users that have active licenses but unfortunately they are just adhoc accounts on Adobe's side so there is no team management or anything. I reached out to Goodstack regarding this as I am listed as an Admin on the actual Goodstack account and they absolutely refuse to reveal anything about the users that have claimed the offer on behalf of our organization.
Goodstack is so bad that there is a dedicated megathread in r/nonprofit because of how terrible and unhelpful they actually are. You can do better Adobe. We appreciate the extremely discounted licenses but when they are impossible to actually make use of it negates the kind gesture.
