If there’s one thing I enjoy after a long day, it’s kicking back with a game while listening to music. Unfortunately, many story driven games are best experienced with sound, which can make that difficult. One way developers get around this is by adding a dedicated horde mode, giving players a place to practice combos, improve their skills, or simply enjoy the gameplay while having something in the background.

A lot of successful games have embraced this idea, including Batman: Arkham, Resident Evil, God of War, and Call of Duty Zombies. It’s also something the critically acclaimed X-Men Origins: Wolverine lacked, so adding an endless horde mode would be a major improvement and would add plenty of replay value. I know the Spider-Man games never had a feature like this, but I hope this game includes one, whether at launch or as a free update down the line.

Whether it be like a free update later, on launch, or etc.

In Saladin Ahmed's ongoing Wolverine comic run, Silver Sable and Wolverine have entered a genuine relationship. Wolverine states that he actually feels at peace with her, which I love. Don't get me wrong, I liked the Jean Grey love triangle at first, but it never works out for Wolverine. He always loses there. So, I love the fact this is setting up to be a genuine relationship. Something wolverine can take solace in, even if it's long distance. I'm glad wolverine is actually being seen and moved

So, my idea to make Logan an even better character is by adding a ranged ability to add variety. The 2nd picture above shows a picture of the move "Blade Spark" from Mortal Kombat. Here's my idea to incorporate a similar technique;

When Wolverine reaches 20% or above his rage meter, gain the ability to do the "fire ball special." Shoot a fireball that deals 20% damage to the enemies total health, this can be repeated until the rage meter is below 20%.
