What type of paint do I purchase to repaint a stucco wall?

Floor leveling
Contractor was leveling the bedroom floor
The next day I noticed something had been dropped on the floor resulting in a “gash” with crack lines throughout the floor.
Will this have any impact on the floor leveling?
Floor will have pad/carpet installed on top of the floor leveling.

Paint exposed brick or leave as is?
Shall I paint the exposed brick white to match the fireplace at the end of the room or leave it as is?
