PLEASE HELP

FIRST, i’d like to make it clear I did not do this lol. My older brother passed his car down to me and he completely destroyed it. Any tips on how to clean this thing? It goes in the trunk and is meant to cover the spare tire but its absolutely covered in powdered detergent and other stains. Any advice?

Side effects really impacting me

Hi everyone im on day 9 of taking lexapro today (5mg) and im really debating on quitting. My anxiety is through the roof and I feel so anxious and jittery, my muscles won’t stop twitching in my legs, and my hands feel so tingly. I measured my blood pressure yesterday since my mom and stepdad were concerned and it was slightly high. I really want to quit and hate how this medication is making me feel, I have so much fear and don’t know what to do. Any advice?

Edit: im taking lexapro for GAD and panic disorder.

Advice/Help

Hi everyone, im on my third day of Lexapro and I guess I just want to see if anyone can relate or provide me reassurance right now. Last night I was panicking really hard and struggled to fall asleep. I’d close my eyes then jolt right awake because of the sensations in my chest and heart, and other physical symptoms. This morning when I woke up, the panic was immediate and has continued into the afternoon. Is it normal to experience increased anxiety on the medication? And if so how long does it last? Any thoughts and insight would really help as I’m really scared to continue this medication.

Advice for traveling with anxiety

Hi everyone, Im going on a trip to visit family overseas except Im extremely nervous about having an anxiety attack and not being able to calm down. My family lives in the middle of nowhere so I won’t have access to a hospital or clinic and will overall be pretty isolated.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer tips about calming down or preparing for an anxiety attack away from their safe space. Ive been struggling with this and I haven’t been prescribed medication yet for my anxiety so im really nervous about experiencing a freak out in front of family. When it happens I just hate how I feel as though im going to die, the fear, and all the physical symptoms that come with anxiety. How do you guys combat this?
