Which screen protector to get for ip 17? I saw the spigen online but it gives 3 for 999. Like what the 2 protectors will be extra for me. Or should I get from a local shop?
My father’s ip 15 screen protector is working fine bought last year october from local shop around 350 rupees.
I want to purchase the iphone 17. Waiting for BBD but this newly opened store which says it's a premium partner with apple gives this deal . I have a OP nord CE3 lite . If I can get around 6-7k exchange value and another 6k bonus, then it can be around 14-15k and card discounts also are there. Called to the store said instant cashback is also 3k.
What should I do, is this a good deal and legit?

Hi all, I am waiting for the BBD sale on Flipkart to buy the iphone 17. But when I visit the iphone 17 page, it shows only bajaj Finserv card as no cost options. I wanted to know from the previous years BBD , are there any cards which were eligible for no cost EMI?
And also I am confused to wait for BBD or not. I am currently using OP nord CE3 lite. It's working fine but wanted to switch to iphone this year.

Hi all, wanted to know about the EBH pay rate for Indian employees in OFSS. Like is there any fixed hourly rate or it varies across teams ? If someone has to work on weekends.
Hi everyone, I am in ofss. A few days ago a 1 on 1 discussion was held with the Manager regarding appraisal and he agreed on the ratings I gave on portal, that is successfully meets expectations. I was like ok this is the sufficient rating as I joined ofss as a fresher in 2025, and initially when I and some other freshers entered the team we were not directly pushed into projects. First we did some training, had some KTs etc. Then in December or Jan we were allotted projects. Now the project tasks were also like okayish and I and one of the another fresher were allotted this project.
We did the tasks, most(around 95%) of the tasks we did were the same. We both completed it as a group and thus seeing that I rated myself as successfully meets expectations. But I don't know how the other teammate got exceeded expectations.
Funny part is we both did the same task in the same project, just don't know why they gave it to her. And if that's the case then I also deserve the exceeded expectations.
Now Manager has also told to submit the final review or if someone has to challenge that, they can do that , then the discussion will be with the Manager and his manager (Territory head)
So what should I do?? Should I challenge this or will it have a opposite effect in case the management takes the note of my name in case of next layoffs. I being scared of that.
And like the task were not very heavy also that I should rate myself 4, but seeing the rating of the same teammate, now I am sceptical.
And how will it affect the hikes and bonuses in this.
Pls help in this situation.

During my 1-on-1 appraisal discussion, my manager agreed with my self-rating of "Successfully Meets Expectations," so I was fine with it. However, I later found out that another fresher who worked with me on the same project and the same tasks (about 95% identical work) received an "Exceeded Expectations" rating. Since our contributions were essentially the same, I feel I also deserve that rating. The final review is now open, and if I challenge the rating, there will be a discussion with my manager and the Territory Head.And how will it affect the hikes and bonuses in this?
