I live in a compound with 6 buildings. The management (Unitem) is very bad, and I strongly suspect they are Mafia. Many people here openly carry guns.

Packages and water bottles (damacana) are constantly stolen from my door, especially because I’m rarely home and can’t wait for deliveries.

I installed a camera at my door, but management forced me to point it in a direction where it can’t record anything useful. Whenever something is stolen, they claim the security cameras are “not working.”

Yesterday, someone hit my car in the garage, and again they said the cameras were not working.

I own this apartment, so moving is not easy. They even took my parking space and rented it to people who don’t live in the compound.

The aidat also makes no sense. They keep increasing it, barely clean the building, and collect huge amounts of money. Every few months they ask for extra payments, claiming they fixed things that don’t seem to exist.

What should I do?

كنت جاي بدي اكل دخلت على المطبخ بدي اعمل اشي اكله ولا بلاقي جرابات على طاوله الاكل ، بما اني عايش مع امي واختي ، سالتها انه مين حاطط جراباته على طاوله الاكل والله ما بصير هاد مكان اكل.

صارت تصرخ وتحكيلي بحشي الجرابات كمان بثمك وبدك اتضل ساكت .

حزت بنفسي لانه عمري ٣٥ مش صغير.

المهم تاني يوم رحت لعندها مع انه الحق مش علي اجيت بدي ابوس راسها ولا دفشتني باقوى ما عندها.

وضلت هيك شهر لفكت.

اليوم فقت الصبح نفس الاشي اخترعت مشكله من تحت اضافرها وعملت مشكله وكمان بتحرد شهر زمن.

ملاحظه: البيت يلي قاعدين فيه انا شريته وسجلته باسمها ، وانا عاطيها كرت بنك ايش ما بدها هي واختي تصرف مفتوح** ، يعني مش مقصر معها **باشي

واخواني البقيه كل واحد عايش لحاله هو وعيلته وانا الوحيد يلي شايلها هي واختي.

وايش ما بعمل مش عاجبها ، وما اتزوجت لانه عطيتها البيت.

وهلأ قاعد بجمع حق بيت تاني

للعلم** هي ما بتطبخ ابدا الا اذا اجا حد من خواني على البيت ، وحتى لما تطبخ بتعمل لحالها ، هل مشكله كانت من ايام ابوي الله يرحمه ، صارت تصرخ عليه وانجلط المسكين ، ايش ما كان يعمل ما كان يعجبها.**
