So it's my birthday next week. I started exploring manual brews and other coffee last year at the same time, around my birthday. Since then I have been trying different cafes and brews.
This year, on my birthday I want to gift myself a hands on brewing experience, under guidance as currently I am not willing to invest in the equipment since it feels too soon and I don't know if I will have the time to pursue this hobby. So if a cafe owner/barista could help me with this, it'd be grateful.

I will be reaching Aut a day before than what I planned. So I have two options from there:
Since I'll be travelling solo. Will it be safe to stay at any hostel/hotel/homestay near aut tunnel? (preferably near the bus stand since I dont want to do much commute for the stay)
