Are these cosmetic scratches normal?

My device just got delivered today…

I find it very difficult to unclasp by holding the two sides and pulling upwards.

I end up using my thumb to pull up the clasp.

Ive noticed those cosmetic scratches, any tips?

I understand this device is meant to be worn throughout the day, including workouts but im really struggling with the clasp!

People who had purchased the whoop 4.0 from flipkart, how did you upgrade to 5.0?

Whoop basically is a subscription, where you pay for the app and its insights and the device is free.

But in our country you have to pay for the device and the subscription, correct?

So what happened with people who purchased the 4.0? Did you pay the upgrade price and had whoop send over the 5.0?

Or you just had to buy the 5.0 separately?

My Olle Watch isnt making any sounds

I checked the orientation of the back plate, it was on the right way.

Have i caused any damage here during the installation?

My experience with HeadPhoneZone India

The image i shared is the reply i received after sharing my experience with images as proof, of receiving a used Hiby R1. The pre applied screen guard was peeling off, the entire device was sticky and the backplate had a defect where in there was an airbubble that couldnt be corrected.

Their reply… i should have made an unboxing video!

The fact that they ask for this should be enough of a clue that other customers have had similar poor experiences and they are requesting for something regular buyers rarely do!

Also, defects on the actual device dont affect the musix experience!?

I have seen someone else post about a similar reply a few days back for a simile issue with a device with scratches on their screen.

Edit:

I have been going back and forth with this customer care agent since October of last year, the first email being sent on the day i received the device…

And now she conveniently says thats its beyond the 7 day replacement period… i crossed that limit because your company delayed and gave the same email to each of my attempts to reach out.
