UNO Swap Hands Card

This question came up in game play today: in your hand you have the Swap Hands wild card, and say that it ends up being your last card. So when you play that card to go out, have you won? Or do you have to follow the move and swap hands with another player and then they end up winning as they no longer have any cards?

What do you think?

Relizen vs Thermella?

Hello! So due to past breast cancer I can’t take HRT. Boooooooo. I’ve been taking Relizen for years and it’s helpful for hot flashes. I’m at our vacation house and realized I forgot to bring a new bottle and need to order a new one (I have autoship at home-home) asap.

So I’m on the website and notice now they have 2 different hot flash supplements?? Does anyone here have experience with both and why one may be better/different than the other? Debating just ordering both…. any insight would be appreciated!

I finally did it.

I purchased the Palma 2 (because the other Palma was sold out) and I’m pleased! Reading a library book via Libby - yay! Just have to work out how to get my Bookshop.org purchases on it and I’ll be good to go. Doing a little airport reading while I wait for my flight.

Self-painted belt?

Hello! I’m sitting down to design a belt for my son and I’m thinking of doing it on 18 for a little extra detail. How long, generally speaking, is a belt canvas? From photos I’ve counted on some existing canvases a width of 21-ish stitches. My kid is still a lean teen, but built like his dad who wears a 31 waist trouser. I’d like the belt to be long enough to be a keeper into adulthood, but realize that is a function of the finishing.

Any belt advice outside of the length is appreciated too! Thanks!

Fountain Plaza is disappointing

Has anyone else built the fountain plaza only to be disappointed by the results? From the thumbnail image I was picturing a glowing white monument but instead it’s grey tile and red tiling - boooooo.

Looks like I’ll be replacing the blocks to make it pretty!

Gyms with nice cardio equipment?

Hello! I’m training for an endurance event and need a gym with good treadmills (the more incline the better) and a stairclimber. I’ll have to spend long stretches grinding away on these stupid machines and would rather not be staring at a wall/mirror. Before I go drive to check out all the gyms in town looking for a reasonable setup, I thought I’d see if you all have any suggestions. Thanks! (I’m in SoPo)

Should I just ditch the Kindle?

I’ve had kindle(s) for ages. I gave up using everything Amazon in early 2025 and have exclusively used the kindle for library books. But with a long list of bestsellers and newly published books on my wishlist those library loans are hard to come by. So…. should I just upgrade to the Kobo so I can buy my ebooks? And with the kobo can I purchase ebooks from a variety of sources or just kobo? My preferred source for all of my audiobooks is bookshop.org , and they sell ebooks but it looks like maybe they just work on a phone app, which is not ideal.

Your input is appreciated!

Martha Stewart giving inspo today 😂

If you build this Martha Stewart cottage - bleak back of course for the tropical plants - which Pokémon are you moving in?

Are there Pokémon that get along bet tree r and should live together? Are you grouping them by who happens to be nearby? Putting evolution lines together?

Share your strategy please!
