I have just started 2nd year in Tcet and I was not a part of any clubs/committees during the first year and as we need to complete 400 hours during engineering for credits or aicte points, I have only 3 years with no points so how can I join a committee to get these credits and all I am seeing is that these clubs are only taking people for core positions but I won't get any core positions as I have no experience or any achievements that could get me in core so what should be my next step?

I am currently starting my 2nd Year in Btech AI&DS branch but as it's a tier 2~3 clg therefore I don't want to stay dependent on the clg and I want to choose Data science as a field in which I want to work but I have not started anything right now like I only know very basic level of C and nothing else and I therefore wanted to know which skills are required to go for Data scientist roles as a fresher and if I get chance then also apply for Data scientist internships so please help me with which skills i need to learn, which languages are required to learn, if I need to learn any other language than python (like c++ or java) for dsa and at what level of dsa should I know and again in which language do I need to learn dsa for data scientist roles and if possible please guide me with a roadmap 🙏🏼
