This house has had its door windows boarded up for years and has been overgrown and full of litter for as long as I can remember. I was told someone lives there but I can’t imagine it’s true as it’s such a state and I’ve never seen anyone enter or leave - there are cameras installed though. Was wondering if anyone knew anything about it, have wondered why no one has bought it and done it up if it really has been abandoned all this time

I’ve never grown a beard fully as I don’t believe it suits me, however I’ve noticed these annoying bald patches that don’t go away (at least the bigger one which I noticed around January) I’ve read online about alopecia barbae. I’ve tried shaving less and do try to avoid the areas (although I usually end up going over them accidentally). Is there any way to fix this? I’ve read that 45% of people with AB end up noticing patches on their scalp within a year and since it is seemingly spreading I was wondering if anyone could help? Thanks
