Rathalos flying animation (OC)

I hope Reddit doesn’t destroy the quality, 4K version on YouTube https://youtu.be/00L-cPiSEwk?is=rL-Mqkk0yOQBe-qs

Well, this is my first monster hunter animation, and I liked a lot doing it, so I’ll try to do a cool battle or something like the ecology videos on the first games next.

Hope you like this and if you want to, point out what could I do better since it’s only like my 5th animation in blender.

And… that’s all, wilds models are amazing

Gypceros Lacks his core ecology from MH1 in wilds

EDIT: IT STILL DOES THE HAMMERING BUT NOT WITH A BONE, MAYBE OTHER METHOD, I WAS WRONG

[Gypceros in MH1 created it’s light by hammering it’s crest in it’s beak, in wilds this does not happen.

I extracted the model to be sure and as you can see the only bones on it’s head are tongue, jaw and eyes.

Honestly since the first time I see Gypceros on a game is in wilds I never knew that it worked like a hammer, but now it’s a really cool feature that they could easily put together, as there aren’t that many animations to change and it would give it back it’s super cool ecology.

What do you think?]

Had to pause (because speaking with someone) and had the most majestic frame I’ve seen

This may be my best screenshot and was completely accidental

Hello there, I’m studying materials engineering and was just given the Garanta Edupack materials database a couple weeks ago and I fell in love with it.

(I can’t put images here so I’ll just put the official page https://www.ansys.com/products/materials/granta-edupack )

So I was wondering if there’s a similar software/database of animals or all life on our planet for biology/zoology students, or just people that wanted to learn about this stuff.

On this database you can search materials by type and every type has subtypes and you can just explore, and at the end (the equivalent of species) there’s a bug explanation of what it is.

It’s really neat and understandable for people that doesn’t know nothing about materials so I was wondering if there was another one centered in biology.
