Experience with Dora sleepmeds when in PAWS

Dora's

Quviviq (daridorexant)

Dayvigo (Lemborexant)

Belsomra (suvorexant)

The latest sleep medication seems to be better than benzos etc. They work differently. I have heard many positive stories about it. I've even read that people can get rid of benzos because of the use of these new drugs. No medical advice. Do your own research and ask your doctor.

Did any of you guys have use this?

I need a tolerable sleepmed because i can't live like this, with no stable sleep. Please let me know and your experience and for how long you are using it now.

Reactive tinnitus is the worst

Others can mask their T now with all the ventilators and airconditioning. It makes my Y only louder a high frequency EEEE right through it. My God what a nightmare this is.

Slaap

What actually helps? Please share you experience.

For me; i take omega 3 and vitamine 3D when needed (when there is no sun)

And working on my gut (eating more fibers in the morning)

I keep trying to do activities even i don't have the mood or energy for it. Really struggling with that i dont like anything anymore. Struggling with severe Insomnia, stuck song syndrome and tinnitus. And severe anxiety/panic attacks. I (m34) am one year off 16 years of antidepressants (citalopram 14 years, venlafaxine 1 year), 16 years of stimulants (dexamfetamine) and 1,5 year of antipsychotics (for sleep Quentiapine). things did become a little bit better but i still doesn't feel like true human (mainly cognitief functioning etc.) The fact everybody is living there live and keep going forward and i am standing still and can't figure out; how i most keep going forward with this live.

I have ADD, anxiety disorder and i now know i am autism. When on the meds i always was light headed every day. Now i am light headed sometimes.

What else can i do that help healing from PAWS?

Thank you for helping/sharing your experience.

What is this forum for?

Is his forum about people with ADD/ADHD that stop their stimulant medication or is this for normal people that abuse stimulans because the wanted to work harder etc? Or is this forum for people that use cocaïne, speed etc?

Thank you for replying.

I wish I could get them, but they're not available in my country. Just share this information in the hope of helping some people and doing something good in the world with the time I have left.

Sleep tracking

Sleep tracking is such bullshit. You lie in bed and not sleeping a bit and this device says that you have deep sleep😅 ....

Tinnitus from antidepressants use

So i allready dealing with tinnitus by antidepressants use for more than a year now. I looks like it calmed down a bit. But this morning i had a new pulsive tinnitus in my left ear. Of course it scared me at first, but then i remembered if i have a Sbut/spike the best is to calm down and it will quickly go away so that was what i did and it went away.

Is it normal to get a pulsive tinnitus suddenly next to you allready screaming tinnitus?!

I really hate this because getting more symptoms is only destroying any hope to suddenly get cured.

Is it strange that you still got hope that sleep will get better? In my situation sadly it only is becoming wurse and i'm getting more and more scared. I am now trying CBT-I/ sleep restriction which is brutal.

I am the if i not sleep in at the start, i don't sleep at all kind of guy and if i sleep i wake up at 2, 3, 4, 5 am and can't fall asleep again.

The brutal part about sleep restriction is that if i wake up i must go out of bed and go to a other room and do something calm till i get Sleepy again (what is never, because obviously; once i am awake i am awake)
