Can anyone help me find a job so I can get out of an abusive home?

I am looking for work I live with my toxic mother who has a male centered mindset and has abused me since I was 13 Im now 25 . I am losing my mind each day I think of killing my self. She poured boiling water on me, pushed me in bed to sleep with her husband (my step dad), accuses me of wanting her husband. She was my first bully and still is my bully. She’s told me to sell myself. She has done all of this to me and I am honestly tired.I have job experience in administration 4 years. And I know Excel and Microsoft 365, CRM, marketing and I’ve worked in sales, I can do invoices and quotes, LinkedIn, accounts receivable. I am still completing my studies so I don’t have a qualification yet . If anyone can help me or has connections to help me I would be grateful. I am so depressed right now I’m at my wits end. I want to die tbh. I am tired this woman hates me so much.

Work connections

Hi everyone,
I’m a 25-year-old woman from South Africa currently looking for a new opportunity. I’ve been job hunting for a while, and although I’ve had interviews, I haven’t secured the right role yet.
I have experience in business development, sales support, CRM administration, finance, and operations. I’ve worked with HubSpot and Zoho CRM, managed sales pipelines, client outreach, reporting, invoicing, and Excel-based analysis. I also have basic SQL, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and I’m currently in my second year of studying Systems Development.
I’m open to remote or hybrid roles in business development, sales support, CRM administration, customer success, operations, administration, or reporting.
If anyone knows of companies hiring, has any referrals, or can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

Can I get prayers please

Hey everyone I am just hear to ask for prayers , I am losing it so much . I am so tired of having hope of waiting . Things are so hard for me. It’s just silence after silence. I am broken and I have nothing to live for. I wake up with anxiety and depression every single day. I wish I could take my own life but I am scared. I keep thinking about doing it and never doing it. Guys I am at my wits end like nothing can change my mind . I think about getting involved in car accidents or not walking up because I am tired !!!!! . Why does life have to be this hard ??? Like I am losing my mind honestly . My job doesn’t make things better my boss bullies me it’s a small company I can’t tell HR … his HR btw ….. so I am just done I can’t go back home because I am unwanted. My job is also on the line in the sense that my boss keeps threatening to lay me off and tells me to start looking for other jobs . Like I am so tired guys life isn’t fun it’s a punishment .

I am tired.

Yoh guys I am so depressed I just want to die nothing is getting better for me I am suffering and suffocating. I cannot hold on any longer. I am slowly losing my mind and I don’t know what to do. Everytime I wake up and I am alive I just want to scream. Everything is just so dark for me nothing is working out. but I am drained I just want nothing to do with all this life thing . I’ve suffered my entire life. Things never get better for me they just get worse damn worse to be precise. I have been out of high school since 2019 and I haven’t been able to complete my tertiary education since then I owe close to 50k I am unemployed , both my parents are alive but they both remarried and I am
Not considered to be a child from that house . I see them doing things for my little sister they couldn’t do for me . She has tutors , psychologists, has a phone gets taken to disciplinary camps which cost 10k when she’s naughty they spend about 100k a year in her . I was never naughty I never had tutors or psychologist….my sister Runs away from home , smokes , drink and she’s in high school and I never did any of that I still don’t . Yet she gets pampered. When I did anything wrong which wasn’t extreme I am taking about having a long distance boyfriend. My mom called my entire family and told them to disown me but she hides what my sis does from the entire family . , …. I am 25 years of old I have no hope idk what to do I am thinking of applying at universities for next year but also I am almost done with my current qualification all I need is assistant with funding and it’s a private institution. So I am conflicted to be honest I just want to die . I want to give up I am tired . Hope is too much.

Could anyone please assist.

Hi everyone,
I’m a 25-year-old woman from South Africa and I’ve been struggling to find stable employment. I’ve been applying for months and while I’ve had some interviews, nothing has worked out yet. I’m starting to feel stuck and would really appreciate some advice or feedback.
Over the past few years, I’ve built experience across business development, sales support, administration, finance, and customer-facing roles.

My most recent role was as a Business Development Representative, where I managed CRM systems (HubSpot and Zoho CRM), tracked sales pipelines, conducted client outreach and follow-ups, researched new business opportunities across African mining markets, prepared quotations and proposals, and worked closely with sales, finance, and technical teams.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Support , managing the quotation-to-invoice process, maintaining CRM data, supporting sales teams, handling invoicing, and assisting with reporting and pipeline management.

I also spent nearly three years as an Administrative and Finance Assistant, where I handled office administration, financial records, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting support, document control, and Excel-based financial tracking

My skills include:
• HubSpot & Zoho CRM
• Sales operations and business development
• Lead generation and client engagement
• Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Invoicing and financial administration
• Pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
• Basic SQL and Python
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

I’m currently in my second year of studying Systems Development while continuing my job search.
At this point, I’m open to opportunities in business development, sales support, CRM administration, customer success, administration, operations, roles, or data/reporting positions.

If anyone has advice on how I can improve my job search, make my CV stronger, or identify career paths that align with my experience, I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Today I had a very difficult conversation with my boss at work and I honestly left feeling overwhelmed and shaken. It’s a small company, and during the discussion he was very critical of my performance, saying I am not on top of things and that he doesn’t see the need to keep me in the role. He also raised concerns about me relying on my manager for support, even though in some cases she offers to assist or complete parts of the work and is comfortable doing so, but he sees this as a problem and believes I should be fully independent and reducing her workload. He also questioned my productivity on days where I don’t receive many emails or tasks, asking what I am doing during that time and what value I am adding. On one occasion, I missed updating certain CRM information (like VAT numbers), and that was used as a major point of criticism. The conversation became very intense and I struggle under pressure, so when I’m questioned strongly I sometimes lose clarity in my responses, which then makes things worse. Overall, I left the conversation feeling very anxious and unsure of myself, and I would really appreciate honest advice on how to handle situations like this and communicate better under this kind of pressure since he mentioned that I have to justify why he should keep me.

📌 Workplace Update – Summary of Situation
The owner of the company has informed me that I have been given an additional three-month period to “prove myself.” He stated that if it were solely his decision, he would have let me go immediately, however my manager has expressed that she sees potential in me and has requested that I be given more time.
During the evaluation and interactions, the following concerns were raised by him:
• He described me as “slow” and stated that he does not believe things will change, but that I must “prove him wrong.”
• He told me that if I do not like my job, I should quit and find another job.
• He often assumes that I am lying when I try to explain situations, which makes communication very difficult for me, especially under pressure.
• When I struggled to articulate myself during discussions, he interpreted this as dishonesty rather than nervousness or difficulty expressing myself.
• On one occasion, I made a small spelling error (a single missing word), and he reacted very strongly, stating that he is “OCD” and that if I make mistakes like that he will “go off” at me.
• He has questioned my abilities in basic tasks such as setting reminders or managing simple work processes, despite me regularly using these tools in my role.
• His tone during feedback has often been harsh, and at times he has looked at me with visible frustration or disgust while speaking to me.
Additionally, he has made repeated statements suggesting that I am not improving and that he does not expect my performance to change, despite giving me additional time to demonstrate improvement.
He has also stated that he has “no empathy” and that his approach is strictly business-focused, where emotions are not considered relevant in the workplace.
