[College Football 27] Won't Launch Offline Crack on SteamOS

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT (16 GB)
RAM: 64 GB
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to install an offline cracked version of College Football 27 on SteamOS because the official version won't work the traditional way, but I’m really stuck.
I tried installing it through Heroic Games Launcher using various Proton versions and Winefixes, but on startup it fails to launch or immediately crashes back to desktop. On top of that, it fails to load past the initial startup hook.
I also tried running it directly using compatibility layers, but that didn't work either—I got the exact same issues.
If anyone has a full guide or could lend a hand to get it working, I’d be super grateful.
