I need some help finding a better hardshell carrying case. I have ordered 2 different ones and both are disappointing when it comes to actually feeling like they will protect the system inside.

First I bought the Orzly case, while it has an ok outer edge. The central part feels like it has absolutely zero protection. On top of that it can't even properly fit my power bank and its wire (I have an anker power bank, it's somewhat larger but not exceedingly so).

The second one I bought was one called Saluoke. While this one was a better size, actually feeling like it can fit my power bank and its wire in a zip up pouch. The protection feels generally worse. Still rather squishy in the middle while feeling even less reinforced on the sides than the Orzly.

For my original switch I had a case from a company called Keten. The shell actually feels very sturdy, to the point that someone could probably step on it for a moment and it would be fine, the outer edges feel solid and the middle while having some give still feels reinforced and not nearly as squishable as these other cases. It also has a nice zipper pouch that could fit the same power bank, its wire, plus a few other accessories. Unfortunately this company does not make a switch 2 case and the original case will not fit the switch 2 at all.

So I am hoping someone from the community can help me find something as I have been looking and can't seem to find anything that suits what I am looking for.

Summary of what I am hoping to find. A proper hardshell case, one that doesn't feel like just rubber in the middle but actually feels like a complete reinforced shell of a case. With enough room to fit a power bank and its wire, preferably in a zipper pouch (just helps to ensure stuff doesn't fall out when opening the case). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For some reason the Crunchyroll app keeps logging me out suddenly, then when I sign in again it tells me I need to reset my password to continue. It keeps me logged in for maybe 5 minutes before again kicking me out and doing the same thing all over again. I have tried clearing the cache and data from the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I have reset my phone. I even waited a day to see if the issue might resolve itself, but it keeps happening. I have had this kind of issue in the past but usually I can fix it by the previous methods I used, but this time around it just keeps happening and I have no idea why. I don't see any reports of server issues so I don't think it is that either. Any help would be great. Thank you.

I redeemed some points for Microsoft gift cards. Mainly waiting for a sale to come up for some games I am looking at. I figured I would redeem them while I can before prices increase, only to then discover that the currency has an expiration date? Shouldn't this effectively be like money, how on earth is it allowed to expire?

I find it especially surprising since I live in Canada where the law generally does not allow gift cards to expire. So has Microsoft just found some way to bypass these laws or something like that?
