How do I connect fuse taps to BP100 hardwire cable

For some reason it only came with 1 fuse and it's a different design to the spares I (luckily) got. I have no idea how to connect these now and don't want to break anything.

What fuses do I use for dash cam? Dolphin Premium

Trying to hardwire a BP100 battery from Viofo and can't for the life of me work out how to use this multimeter to measure what fuses are getting constant power so I know which to use for accessory power to enable parking mode

Pre-Auction inspections of unit

Getting quotes for inspections and they seem a bit high for 2 bedroom unit at $600.

Just wondering:

  1. What should I expect to pay,

  2. Is it normal for them to not inspect common property?

  3. Should I be getting a seperate inspection of common property?

Just seems like surely the main thing I'd want an inspection to tell me is an I buying a shitbox that'll fall apart in a few years. I can tell from my own inspection that the unit itself seems to be built well. It just seems odd to me to not inspect both and for the cost to be this high for such a small space, but I'm unsure if this is standard.

Edit: should add, first home buyer

As title says. I'm aware payments are deferred for a month or two usually so would it be correct to say if we get the deed of novation signed and whatever paperwork I need to do that the finance has the all clear to pay for the car while the final details are worked out.

Got the dealership wanting pick up late next week and still trying to finalise paperwork and wondering what timeline is realistic.
