Clogger - my submission to the one-page RPG jam 2026

Hello everyone, have just released my submission to this year's One-Page RPG Jam 2006 https://itch.io/jam/one-page-rpg-jam-2026

This is a free downloadable game for 2-5 players, a revolving referee, easy to learn and extensively play-tested. Most play-tests had a run time of approximately 90 minutes.

You are a failed experiment, starting as a blockage in the toilet. Refusing to be flushed away by the scientists that made you, your rapidly evolving body is ready to think and mutate its way out of the lab and into the airlock - to freedom!

Advice on Daggerheart encounters that are not combat scenes

Hello good people of the Daggerheart Isles!

I have my regular DH campaign tonight where I am GM'ing 4 PCs through the Colossus of the Drylands campaign frame and I'm feeling a bit stagnant. When we have nights that involve combat, everything goes off well. When it will be a night like tonight that is not likely to end up in a tussle I am feeling more challenged GM'ing this TTRPG.

Here's the scenario. The party decided to set free the mounts of an NPC Clank mob because they were mean-spirited people. Now these Clanks, who are in the employment of Baron Ryder Destry, have stolen their mounts as payback, leaving them a note to say come to Wyllin's Gulch and find us!

So the party are heading off there tonight. My thoughts were that the Clank mob are luring them back to town because Baron is pissed at them for killing Ikeri, the first Colossus. This has meant all the Essentia has dried up, and the Baron wants to somehow implicate them into something as leverage to destroying his economy. In short, the Baron doesn't want them to keep on killing Colossi - he wants them to find Colossi and protect them, as when they rise up, the Essentia seams get very powerful.

What are some good game mechanics I can use for this scene tonight? Clearly a social score of sorts, but with the threat of a chase or violence - gunfight at the OK Corral style. The group are really great with role-play, but get antsy with me when there are no dice being rolled. I've read and watched YouTube clips about social encounters, and I'm still feeling lost in the pressure of game night when GM'ing.

Help Wanted!!! Opinions, thoughts, good mechanics etc.

Advice for Colossus of the Drylands - Ikeri

Hi everyone, I am running the first big combat in my first Daggerheart campaign tonight - the colossus Ikeri. If there is anyone out there with tips on how to run this combat, I'd love to know them. I have a general idea and we have had combat before as a group, just not on this scale. The party have 4 characters all at level 2. After GM advice here, particularly how to make the fight interesting, challenging but not too TPK. I have put together this battle map for the occasion...
